It's closer to the LIRR main entrance. The menu is very cheap. The empanadas are $2-$3. It can become a lunch, snack, or even dinner. Unbelievably a great decision. This is the same Cesar's Empanadas that is in front of Atlantic Terminal! Their empanadas seriously gave me diarrhea for 2 days!!!! It smelled like their food... After not eating anything the whole day, I stopped by this food truck in order to get a quick empanada, which turned out to be A HUGE MISTAKE. IT'S FOOD TRUCK FOOD! FOOD THAT SITS IN THE TRUCK THAT STARTS TO DEVELOP BACTERIA. Their empanada was the only thing that I ate, and I developed stomach pains and ache, which also made me lose appetite for the 2 days! The next morning, I was still feeling the effects of this Mexican food. The bowel movement and the vomiting. How could 1 empanadas do this to me? I don't understand. What was in their ingredients for it to cause food poisoning. Their ingredients must not be fresh. I love Mexican food. I eat Mexican food from a restaurant all the time. We had reservations in two hours for dinner but we needed a quick lunch because we were both starving. The taco was $3-- tortillas are doubled and composed of pico de gallo, guacamole a small container of hot sauce cheese and lettuce. The guys are super friendly. This is a gem is all I have to say. I usually do not like to eat from trucks but these people put there foot in there food and it is amazing. Their empanadas are very tasty and worth the price but a recent bad experience has left me wary of their quality control. I usually order fish empanadas but decided to order a few beef empanadas the other day as I rarely get them and regret it. 3 to 4 hours after eating them and eating nothing else, I began having severe nausea and couldn't even keep water down (this lasted for 2 whole days and left me really weak).
