The driveway has humps and low spots all over... in the winter we have puddles that freeze and are a constant hazard. It looked like this 6 months after getting installed. I specifically requested and paid for additional thickness for the sub base to ensure this would not occur... and also asked for extra thick layer of asphalt. But looking at the pictures you can see that they did neither! I contacted the company multiple times over the past... each time they assured me someone would be by to take a look and fix the issues. But no one ever showed up... they just kept leading me on for years. Well, I am sick of trying to chase them down. I again do not suggest using this company! They do not stand behind their work! They do not seem to care about your contract for specs of the depth of sub base or top layer... and only do the job the cheapest way they can... which does not even last 6months! They did a fantastic job with the spring cleaning and mulching - our yard looked fantastic! They were also timely on mowing throughout the summer. We never had to call .. they were like clockwork.
