Pretty good. It says "Cestra's Pizza III" on the awning in the front - so this is either the third location or the third attempt. While not the greatest slice of pizza I've ever had, the slices are still very good. The dough is different than standard and the slices can be slightly larger than the norm. There is a good selection of rolls, calozones, knots, and the usual you'd find in a pizzeria. I've had the knots twice and one time they were on point and the other time not so much - not sure if the cooks change up, but things should be consistent. The calzones are pretty good. The fridge has an ok selection of drinks. There is a decent amount of seating and a sizable counter against the window for solo eaters. My main issue is the dirty tables. The times I have been here, the tables have mostly been dirty. It doesn't take long to wipe a rag across the tables, but they miss the mark with this. The staff here is basic - don't expect too much friendliness, unless you're a regular. Really would've been 5 stars, but the dirty tables, the slight lack of consistency, and the blah staff take it away. But generally speaking, a very good pizzeria for the area. read more

I had the chance to try their plain and veggie slices here and both were delicious! The slices are huge and very filling. I loved their veggie slice, which was covered with broccoli and mushrooms and herbs. The pizza here is bomb! I'm so glad I decided to come here because no other pizza in the area could compare to ME - and my bf agrees. This is not good pizza. Ordered two cheese slices to go on Saturday August 15, 2021 at about 8:00 pm. What I received were two fairly large greasy slices that to me were tasteless even after I put the usual seasonings. The issue with this pizza is they put entirely to much tomato sauce on it. The crust was soggy even after I told the counter guy I wanted it "crispy". The right balance of good mozzarella cheese, sauce and dough thickness makes or breaks a good Neapolitan style pizza. This pizza definitely does not have good balance. Mass production pizza joint. Quantity over quality. It was busy when I was there so they have their loyal customers, but I have had way better pizza. I go for their buffalo ranch with olives and broccoli slice. ITS THE REALLLLLLLL DEALLLLLL! Customer service is chill, the guys are very laid back and will add whatever you want. I've ordered take out here numerous times as well as the other Cestra's. I prefer there delicious chicken salad since there pizza always gets to my home a tad bit soggy. This pizzeria is my new favorite pizzeria. I had the buffalo and grilled chicken Caesar slice and both were amazing. The toppings are generous the size of the slice is ideal and the slight crunch of the dough is perfection. Every bite was good and slightly crispy. No flopping in spite of the generous portion of toppings. I saw that they also had an ample choice of specialty slices that I will have to try on my next visit. In the midst of a heatwave and I hadn't eaten anything all day, I was feeling mighty faint. Cestras just happened to be in my vicinity so I thought "Why not?" I haven't been to this area in about 5 or 6 years so a lot has changed. First: the Interior. Their floor plan is more open and hold more tables and chairs. It's big enough that I, and the other various patrons, had privacy and weren't squeezed together like sardines in other pizza parlors. Second: the Owners. They're new and, for the most part, nice. The younger gentleman who explained their credit card policy and gave me a menu when I needed help deciding was very sweet and patient. The other guy was polite but formal. He just wanted the facts which I could respect. Third: the Food layout. I remember the salads and pasta playing more of a primary role and pizza was secondary. There certainly wasn't the visual display I just witnessed of different pizzas, beef patties, stromboli, calzones, pepperoni and spinach rolls, and zeppoles. Since today is not Friday and, hence, not payday, I got 2 plain slices and a can of Dr. Pepper. The slices were thin crusts and piping hot! The tomato sauce had an unidentifiable tang to it. I'm still not entirely sure if I liked it or not. They were also oily which I love. It's not a real pizza without the grease. F that napkin nonsense! All in all, they got the job done. I came here during my lunch break. It was Sunday afternoon and this was the only local pizzeria open in Westchester Square. The other local pizza joint was closed and there was Little Caesar's down the block. I was in the mood for a classic New York slice of pizza. I always say, New York makes the best pizza slice, even better than in Italy. It's what I grew up eating and it's what I like. Cestra's pizza is just another example of pizza done right. Nice and thin, crispy crust on the bottom. Easy to make the perfect fold. Take a bit and the mozzarella cheese pulls just enough for you to see it but not so much that it slides off.
