We tried working with several other providers of countertops but were never able to get all of the information we needed. Tithof was truly a "one stop shop". Sara in sales was great to work with. She was professional and accommodating. She walked us through the process and gave us pricing information once we started to narrow down our selections. The staff at the facility in Kenosha was great to work with when I went to physically view the slabs for installation. Kyle did a great job doing the measuring and discussing the installation process. Tony and his crew did an outstanding job on the installation and did not miss a beat when they had to make some significant adjustments onsite. I wish I could have given this business a proper review, but in the last 3 weeks I have visited the store twice and filled out paperwork both times to have a job done. I have also made 3 follow-up phone calls and spoke to a live person each time. Every time I visited or called them, I was promised that the person who would do my job would call me "in the next couple days". As I said, this process has been going on for 3 weeks now and in spite of my best efforts to hire them for my job, I still haven't received a call. I understand that businesses can get busy, but I think 3 weeks is a very generous time frame to allow for a simple phone call. As a result, I have been forced to find alternative options to have my job completed. read more

I was looking for new kitchen and bathroom counter tops. I had looked at three places before stopping at Tithof Tile and Marble in Kenosha. I was greeted by Mary Beth Ashe. She looked at the information I brought with me, asked me some questions and went right to work showing me samples and explaining the differences in materials. I had measurements but was somewhat reluctant to do the drawings myself. Mary Beth started the drawings for me and I left with as many samples as I wanted free of charge along with my homework. Their in house technology allowed me to look at samples and layouts which really helped in my decision making process. Once this was done, they went to work. Someone came out to measure and returned to double check since I had an unusual situation in my kitchen and one bathroom. While all this was going on Mary Beth was looking for the best price for me. At the last minute I realized I wanted an addition in the master bath. They came out again to measure and took care of everything. Even with this their pricing was excellent. The installation was set up. They made sure I could live in my house while all the bathrooms and kitchen were torn up. Great care was taken by the installation crew. They were very thorough, quick and clean. Prior to going into Tithof Tile and Marble I was very frustrated. I had decided they were my last stop and I would decide whether to tackle this project or not. They completely changed my mind. The process was smooth and easy for me.
