We contracted with GTL to handle the remodeling of our shower in our master bathroom. This included the tile, basin, fixtures, and glass. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what was trendy and what would look good for the design of our bathroom. We initially quoted our shower with Home Depot and the cost was over 10,000. GTL did the job for less than 5k - our shower is 3x3. The job was done in 3 days. The glass took a little longer since it was custom but well worth the wait. GTL is extremely professional and personable too. Easy to reach and communicate with as well. Highly recommend!! read more

Unprofessional in dealing with a disagreement about about a deposit for remodeling work. The contract does not say anything about a deposit being non-refundable. I wanted to postpone some work before it was scheduled and they would not refund the deposit. Unfortunately, I will have to take them to court over this. Could have been handled better. We asked to talk with them and they would not call. I offered compromise that they did not respond to. We have done several large projects with them and this is how they treat customers. read more

I cannot believe Yelp didn't have these guys and so I added them. Well, everything I want to say will sound like gushing, over-the-top praise, so I'm going to try to keep it direct and to the point. I am so over-the-moon on the job they did, I cannot praise them high enough. I was so despondent over my bathroom and it was quite an odyssey trying to find a contractor that wouldn't flake on me. UGH! It was a nightmare. If I can add pics on this review, I will. These guys came in and got it done in a week. The price was more than fair and they even fixed problems that I knew I had but was afraid of what it would cost to fix. I'm so in love with my new bathroom, I could cry, seriously. It's so beautiful!!! I have such a tiny house and the bathroom was such a nightmare but now it's my favorite room in the house. Then guess what happened? One morning I go into my bathroom to take a shower and the tub is full of yucky water. Whaaaaa? So I call GTL and I sent them a pic of it. They came out right away and found it was a clog but where? They got to work trying find the clog and finally we had to take out the cabinets in the kitchen to get to the pipe with the clog. Once they pulled out the cabinets, the cabinets collapsed. Full of mold. So was the back wall. Well of course I had a mild heart attack. They found the clog, replaced the wall and we got new cabinets. They fixed the bad plumbing job that had caused the disaster. All for less than $600. Part of me doesn't want to tell anyone about them because I'm trying to save up money so I can hire them for the next project, my horrible bedroom, but that's not right. Remembering all I went through for a proper contractor, the least I could do is share my good fortune in finding GTL. So grab them if you can. But I call dibs. read more

In August of 2022 I contacted GLT for a quote on a bathroom remodel. They canceled on me twice to come out to quote but when they got out the price was where it should be and they did not overcharge as the other quotes I got for labor. It took two appointments to sign a "contract" in which I gave a deposit. They did not want to schedule a date to come out as they said my job was easy and they could fit me in within the next month to 6 weeks. After two months I reached out asking if they were still going to do the job. It took 5 texts over the course of a week to get a response. I was using texts as the emails I sent took on average a week to answer and they asked me to text them to get a faster response. I was told they were planning on doing the job in another month. I had to refuse as with the first consultation I had given them a time frame that the job needed to be done in and this was outside the time frame. Our conversation became quickly upsetting to me and I had to stop communicating with them as I did not appreciate how I was being spoken to as if this was my fault. I reached out to them in December and was told they texted me in September asking to set up a date. This is a text I did not get even though they insisted they sent it. Even if they did, for some reason I did not receive it and they made no effort to reach out again after not getting a response. Again, the texts quickly escalated to everything was my fault and one again I was very upset from the messages. I do not know why I stuck with it, other than I cannot seem to get anyone to come out and quote the job as everyone has too much work right now. GLT quickly told me that they are not going to do the job any-longer and will return my deposit. I messaged a month later to them asking if they were going to return the check in which I was told that they did but I never got it. This response took two weeks to send to me. A week later I did get a check but it was to the wrong address and to the wrong name. After a few messages back and forth it was discovered that while they cashed the check with the correct information they never fixed the name and details they had on their "contract" that I pointed out when signed and this was the issue. They decided to personally drop off a check to my house but it took another three weeks. I did get my money back but this whole mess was not a good experience. Their issues they kept projecting onto me. I sure hope they do not treat their other customers in this fashion. read more

Truly the best bang for buck! Quick, professional and perfect work. This was such an amazing experience, stress free and easy going from start to finish. Of course every project has issues that may have not been part of the original remodel however GTL Remodeling took care of any and every issue that came up along the way without any mishap or time delay! Our original remodel plan was to replace the flooring and completely remodeled our kitchen (cabinets backsplash and flooring throughout our living area and half bath) however we ran into some issues with broken pipes outdated toilets as well as electrical outlets that weren't functional. GTL took care of these issues seamlessly like true professionals!! WOW!! We are in love with the way things turned out. We highly recommend GTL remodeling for any and every home project or remodeling needs big or small they can do it all!!
