The day Brian was supposed to come I rec'd a phone call from Brian asking if I live in a condo. No, I live by Pizza Hut. A few minutes later, Brian calls back. Are you a business? No, I live by Pizza Hut and Firestone. Oh,ok. A few minutes later Brian calls back, where are you. I give him my address and again tell him I am by Pizza Hut and Firestone. He says, oh, I put in the wrong street. They sounded the same. Maybe, but from call #1 I said I live by Pizza Hut. He finally gets to the house to measure. Tells me I will receive a call by Friday with my estimate. Well, Friday came and went no call. I ended up calling on Wednesday and the girl who answers the phone had to keep running back and forth to find out the estimate and when they were going to install the carpet. Finally, the day of installation. Suppose to be to the house between 7-8. Well, 8:30 no show, I call R & B no answer I leave a message. 9:30 no show, 10:30 no show, I call and leave another message. At 10:45 I finally get a call from Brian the owner who tells me he had installers call in. We have to reschedule. Three strikes. No offer of anything off. I am sorry but being the owner when your installer called in, he should have been in the store seeing who had a delivery that day and get on that phone. Not 3 hours later. I have posted this on FB and several people have said they hoped I cancel. Well, I didn't. I did have it installed despite the very poor management skills. The carpet is beautiful however I went to pay, and the installers have no way of taking a charge. So I had to call R & B. This is one messed up business.

Tony does amazing work. He tiled 3 full bathrooms, 1 1/2 bath, the kitchen and fireplace. He is…read moremeticulous. The bathrooms included a steam shower and a large shower with floating marble benches that he installed. The house is from 1908 and the walls were challenging to get the tile installed and look perfect. Tony was definitely the right person for this job. The waterproofing of the showers and steam room was thorough and Tony was great at explaining what he was going to do, and explaining what he had done. He left the job areas clean and worked quickly coming every day including weekends to complete the job. His company is definitely the one to use for any tiling work.
