They serve several home made sauces of different BBQ styles, so a little for everyone's taste.

Have eaten at this food truck twice now, and was so good both times. Got the pulled pork plate…read morewith the sides, which were all good, especially the kale apple slaw. The pulled pork is so moist and tender. It's elevated to eye watering deliciousness with the addition of the Hmong Pepper Sauce..that sauce is amazing, and I could see putting it on everything. Apparently all of their meats are smoke with local oak, so another bonus there. The duo working there is super nice too.

Another great Hmong Barbeque business and it is another food truck! I found this place on Facebook…read morewhile scrolling through the local eats. Even with the rain I said I still wanna check it out! Today they were located in the parking lot of Joe's Sporting Goods. It's hard to miss them given how big their red trailer is, you can clearly see the big grills mounted on the rear. They serve up your traditional BBQ eats but I did notice their Pulled Pork had different flavors which I wished I saw before ordering, definitely trying those out at a different time. But for today I decided on an order of Brisket and Beef Ribs with no sides. The Brisket looked pretty damn well made to me, the smoke rings were clearly visible. Then I took my fork and easily sliced through it like a hot knife through butter. And as I did I could see the lucious meat juices drip off my fork. I couldn't wait to place it into my mouth. Once I did I was in love with it. So so tender and a good smoke flavor to it, not overpowering. As for the Beef Ribs, they were big and flavorful! Easily fall off the bone and amazing juicy! Besides the meat I also got a side of their Spicy BBQ, and I have to say I liked it a lot, probably my new favorite BBQ sauce! I was suprised at the smokey character of the sauce that prevents it from being too sweet. It had enough spice that I could taste the heat but it was nothing no one can handle. I am glad they gave me 3 dipping cups of that BBQ sauce, gladly dip or paint it on any meat I get. This truck is another winner for me and I am so glad to see lots of Hmong food trucks popping up making outrageously good food! Also the owners are friendly and provide good service. Like previously stated I can't wait to give their flavored pulled pork a try!

Their menu is phenomenal: hearty, homestyle meals with a creative twist, and portions that always leave you satisfied. I've tried several dishes over the years, and I'm consistently impressed by the care, quality, and integrity they put into their food. The dishes feel unique and thoughtfully crafted, with flavors that are both comforting and complex. Most recently, I had the pineapple curry, and it completely blew me away. It was plated beautifully and tasted even better than it looked. One thing you absolutely shouldn't skip is the daily specials, they're usually some of the most creative and delicious items on the menu. Their menu is also well labeled for gluten free. Brunch or dinner, Brickhouse is absolutely worth the visit (+ there is outdoor rooftop seating!!). I highly recommend!

Decided on a sausage flatbread with fungus on the recommendation of the bartender. Water tastes bad, they need to clean the lines Flatbread has beautiful plating, and massive portions. I swear there was an lb. Of sausage on that joker. Hospitality is paramount and felt welcomed by every employee there. Great spot for any occasion.

I still lost things in my pot but they still tasted good even after cooking for 30 minutes! There are an impressive number meat, vegetable, seafood, tofu and other items that can be cooked in the hot pot or on the grill. And they are delivered by robot! The marinated meats are great. I also got a lot of vegetables from the salad bar to cook in the hot pot, which are a great complement to the grilled meats. The fruit on the salad bar was surprisingly ripe, even out of season. Creating your own sauce is also fun. I happened to go within 3 days of my birthday, so my meal was free. Amazing birthday deal!

As a vegan-leaning pescatarian, there were plenty of options- including several tofu styles. There are plenty of sauces, sides and a few desserts all included. so much to eat- bring your appetite. It's a great place for a group -and at least when we were there the birthday girl or boy gets to eat free if there are two other adults with you. Enjoyable and tasty spot for a big meal.
