After a…read moredifficult situation with the machine, Brian stepped in, took ownership of the issue, and made sure everything was handled properly. He was professional, responsive, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The Can-Am ultimately received a complete engine and turbo replacement, and the technicians did an excellent job with the repair. The machine is running great, and the quality of the work has given us confidence in taking it back out on the trails. Brian followed through on everything he said he would do and made sure the situation was resolved the right way. Thank you to Brian and the technicians who worked on the machine for standing behind the repair and getting our Can-Am back in top condition.

The front counter personnel was friendly, prompt and has a service with a smile. Area of recommendations for improvements: 1. Customer service (internal and external): I witnessed multiple times in 15 minutes of the service personnel speaking ill of Parts personnel (input of information on an account, credit to a certain personnel for the purchase). Also when wanting to pay, the whole going to the counter to pick out parts and then to the front for payment then back to the counter to receive your parts is so inconvenient. The Services personnel are condensing and short with customers. When asking a questions it feels like you are being reprimanded. 2. Price tags: cost of items was a guessing game.

I'm not usually someone who leaves reviews, but I felt like this one was worth taking the time to…read morewrite. I recently bought a new Yamaha MT-07 from this dealership. Unfortunately, after only about 140 miles, the clutch failed and the bike was no longer rideable. To make matters worse, Yamaha determined the failure was due to "user error" and wanted me to pay around $600 for the repair. The reason I'm writing this review is because of James Grosso and Luis, a dealership manager. James was the salesperson who helped me with the purchase, and he was great from the start. The whole buying experience felt relaxed and straightforward, with no pressure at all. We ended up talking about a lot more than just motorcycles--business, books, life, goals, and all kinds of things. He's the type of person who genuinely cares about people and takes the time to build real relationships. When I called him after the clutch issue came up, he listened, understood why I was frustrated, and immediately started looking into ways to help. After speaking with James, I was put in touch with Luis, a dealership manager. He took the time to review everything and agreed that it didn't make sense for me to be stuck paying for a repair on a brand-new bike with so few miles on it. Even though Yamaha wouldn't cover the repair, Luis stepped up and had the dealership take care of it. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days, and it says a lot about how this dealership treats its customers. Issues can happen with any vehicle or manufacturer. What really matters is how people handle those situations when they come up. James and Luis both went out of their way to help make a frustrating situation right, and because of that, they've earned my trust and future business. Thank you again, James and Luis. I really appreciate everything you did.

Yesterday I stopped by Riverside Harley-Davidson, and at first everything seemed great. We were in…read morethe negotiation stage, going back and forth, and after sitting there for over two hours, they finally brought in a manager named Peter Palmer. Unfortunately, that's when the experience went downhill. I completely understand when a dealership reaches its limit and says, "This is the best we can do." I respect honesty and transparency. However, throughout the process, I was never clearly told what they were selling the bike for or what financing rates were available. I repeatedly stated that I have excellent credit and even told them that if they thought I was being dishonest, they could simply verify it and back out of the deal if necessary. When Peter came to the table, he said, "This is not adding up," and then proceeded to laugh in my face. I immediately told him that we should keep the conversation professional. If we couldn't make a deal, I was perfectly fine walking away. At that point, I left and went home. Later, I texted the salesman, Rutendo, who was as helpful as he could be throughout the process. I told him the maximum number I was willing to agree to. He called me back and said that Peter, the finance manager, believed we had a deal and that all they needed to do was run my credit. I agreed and completed the credit application online. Afterward, I received a call from Kehler, and suddenly the agreement we had discussed changed. I was told this new offer was the best they could do. I explained that this was exactly why I was hesitant to run my credit in the first place. It felt like they assumed that once my credit was pulled, I would feel obligated to buy the bike. That's simply not how it works. The professionalism displayed by Peter was beyond disappointing. Had he simply explained from the beginning what rates were available for top-tier credit, what the actual selling price of the bike was, and what their final offer would be, I would have respected that. Instead, it felt like an attempt to pressure me into a deal that was never actually agreed upon. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership. Now I understand why their review scores are so low. Very disappointing from a dealership that claims to be "straight shooters." My experience was the complete opposite.
