I know Butter Chicken might not be the most authentic menu item but the fact that there were many customers of Indian and non-Indian descent eating in the restaurant was telling. It is tastefully decorated and smells so good upon entering. We were the only patrons on a snowy Saturday at 130 pm and were greeted and served promptly. The menu is extensive, but the lunch menu is an incredible deal with the right amount of a variety of foods for just about $15 pp. My husband opted for Lamb, while I got a vegetarian. I love Palak Paneer, and theirs may well be the best I've ever had. The naan they served us was fresh, hot and delicious. We decided to try the Cheetah mango local beer (we shared just one because of the weather), and as promised, is the perfect accompaniment to the food. We enjoyed our experience at Indian Hut immensely.
