I travel for work and pleasure, and I have some EB luggage that is more than ten years old. After extremely heavy use it is still in great condition. A few scuffs but all the zippers and straps are still intact. Besides great quality clothing, outerwear, shoes, boots, and luggage they also carry other miscellaneous items. You will find travel accessories, camping and hiking gear, handbags, backpacks, and totes. The store associates are always helpful and friendly. If you need a size or color that isn't available in the store they will order for delivery to your home. Convenient parking is available in front of the store. The only negative is that it can take a long time to check out. Even if there is just one person in line ahead of you checkout just seems slow. Eddie Bauer unconditionally guarantees their products. One, who might have been a manager, checked to make sure I was finding everything okay. I come here for the sales yet often end up back online due to the extremely disorganized presentation of discounted items, lacking consistent pricing, and confusing markdowns making me always uncertain what the price actually is.
