DO NOT... I REPEAT DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND REPLACE YOUR PHONE WITH CHEAP ASS PARTS THAT BREAK THE SAME DAY. Two years ago this place was good and I recommended it to everyone. Now I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. I went here 4 times this month to fix my screen that kept on breaking. The manager did try and help me out and made it right but she could have just refunded my money and told me the truth about the screens and the other employee the short guy with black hair knew they sold cheap items cus he kept avoiding me after the 1st time. I don't ever complain about a company but after spending over 300 bucks with this company and for them to tell me it's my fault and I'm to rough with my phones. 3 weeks ago I visited the store to change the battery of my Samsung Note 9 and after fully checking all the functions of the phone, they told me that they replaced the battery with a new one. Before taking it for repair, I had to charge it about 4 times in a single day due to lack of charge retention in the battery, then in the following 2 days I went back to the store for the same battery problem, after 3 hours I picked it up and the technician said he replaced the battery again but after that the problem was the same and i asked him for an itemized invoice for the repair and he said there is no invoice for that repair i suspect he did not replace my phone battery because there was no difference some and I keep charging it at least 3 times a day and I don't trust those kinds of people. read more

I have never written a review so this is to show how horrible my experience was. WORST QUALITY PRODUCTS! I took my iPhone 12 front screen to get replaced here. I was told it would take 1 hour and ended up getting my phone back 3 hours later. The screen repair was $130 with tax. other places I called were around that price. Right off the bat the screen colors were way off and looked too saturated but I didn't care because I just cared that the touch screen worked. I'm pretty sure they did not use an OLED screen which is supposed to be installed on the phone because that's what it comes with. That's not the worst part, the VERY NEXT DAY I took my phone out of my pocket and my screen was showing a white screen with a bunch of rainbow lines glitching. I took my phone back in and they said since it is "physical damage" the 15-day warranty would not cover it. and proceeds to offer me a $20 discount if I want to replace the screen. Why would I give more money to a business that uses parts that won't even make it through a day. Please do yourself a favor do not come here. Unless you're okay with giving away your hard-earned money away STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY BUSINESS read more
