This is a super little shop tucked amongst a mish-mash of industrial businesses and school district offices, but what it lacks in size it more than makes up for in the quality of their service. From my initial phone conversation with Rob to him directing me where to park to our discussion about a battery issue in our motorhome I couldn't have felt more cared for. At NO time did I feel talked down to, patronized or "man-splained" as we took a look at what was going on. Rob said that he could sell me probably $500 worth of parts and labor but instead told me that I didn't need anything and my battery would be fine. He even showed me how to disconnect the chassis battery so it doesn't accidentally get drained when it's in storage! Adding to this, they have a new employee, Brian, who's come from a top-notch RV repair shop that folded (owners closed it & moved out of state) who will be a tremendous asset to their business. Brian has years of experience with all sorts of RVs and his easy-going attitude will go a long way to ensuring customers come back again and again. I'm glad we found this little gem. Unfortunately I have to say if you want to get scammed and don't want to get the help you deserve, this is the best place to visit, They changed my van's water heater in October 2018 and today is May 24 2020 less than tow years water heater is already broken ( according to them) , I asked about the warranty and they said only one year is covered " most companies don't cover pet groomers because of high usage " I asked about the information of the company who make the heaters and the response was look on line . I asked if they could get the info from the distributer the answer was No From the beginning the woman who is running the front and claiming she is one of the owners was very cold and not helpful, the guy who maybe is her husband is much more decent but unfortunately even he wasn't willing to help out. I spent over $1500 in this place and all was water heater related and now they saying that I have to change the entire thing again in a year and a half later. Apparently this place doesn't care much about loosing paying customers. Update: I took the van to another RV repair place in lake forest one of the workers could feel my frustration and immediately offered to come out and check the water heater, after 3 min he said The water heater is fine but because it left on and automatically was keeping the water hot therefore the thermostat was not kicking in... wow the first guy after working on it for 20 min was trying to sell me a $1500 ticket then the second guy within in 3 min find out what the problem was. I did not have a good experience with BPI. Out of the 9 items I scheduled for servicing on my trailer, they only completed 3. They don't do any electrical work and said they were very poor at it and couldn't even install my tire monitor, which took me 20 minutes once I watched a YouTube video. They insisted the tires didn't have sensors in them, however the installation instructions I left with them and sticker on my new trailer said the tires had sensors (and they did). I asked them to move a tire from the rear bumper and they said I would need to get a custom bumper made. Later after I called back and pushed on them to relook at it they rescinded that and said they realized that the trailer hitch wasn't even attached to the bumper and I didn't need a custom bumper. Even more alarming is when I asked them to set up my new Curt brake controller, installed in my MBZ GLE 4matic and remove an RF brake controller, they never solved this problem and I left without brakes on my trailer. I now am going to a different repair shop to get this fixed. It was not a good experience and I won't be back. read more

These people really know their stuff, are fair in price, and leave your rig in perfect condition when they return it. I needed A Olin change, needed my breaks checked and filters and hoses checked. They did the work, didn't suggest unnecessary repairs, and met their time prediction for completion. I went back to the shop area and honestly, I have never seen a cleaner shop. This is quite the unusual place for RV repair. I took my Class A RV in on a Wednesday for a propane leak and a generator not running. Later that day I got called and the propane leak had been found but the generator was running just fine. I said "Well, go ahead and service the generator while it's there". Later Darren called and said he had found a disconnected ground on the generator that could possibly be the problem. They fixed the ground problem and some bad clamps on the refrigerator access door and I got the RV back on Monday. 5 days total time, 2 of which were weekend. This is unheard of service in my 25 years of RV'ing. Everyone is nice, polite, knowledgeable about RVs. BPI just can't be beat. 5 stars is not enough. 10 is more like it. read more

I'm new to RVing, and recently took my new to me (2015) van out for her first run. Mostly a pleasant experience, except a few things either broke or were broken. I took my van to BPI, and experienced their excellent customer service. Not only did they work with my warranty company, they also communicated to me everything that was happening. One Friday afternoon, Darren even called me at 6:30 to update me, long after they were closed. That just doesn't happen in today's world!
