    I needed service on my 41 foot RV with Caterpillar C-9 Motor. From my first call where I talked to Kevin, the service manager, to book an appointment, through the service appointment and picking up my RV this place has been impressive!!! The customer service and care were top notch and very impressive!!! They also covered seats and floor so everything was neat and tidy. I highly recommend these guys!!! Ed Z

I bought a converted camper van back in the in fall, and…read moreafter a few weeks, everything stopped working: the electrical unit, the water in the sink, something was leaking, etc. I didn't know where to turn. All the camper conversion companies I called were booked out months, if not years, because of the pandemic (everyone wants a camper these days!). Martin was able to fit me in and WOW - I really hit the jackpot with him. Turns out, whoever had built my van had no electrical training and likely just learned about electricity in a few youtube videos. It was a huge fire hazard and pretty dangerous. And on top of it, it didn't work. Martin was able to rewire everything and ground the electricity. This guy knows what he's talking about and knows what he's doing. It's been almost 8 months now, and I have had no trouble at all with the electricity. I use my camper van for my business and I needed a way to stay cool inside of it during the hot summer. Once again, Martin went above and beyond - researching all the various ways I could get AC into the camper. In the end, the solution was brilliant. He was able to install an AC in such a way that it barely takes up any space, looks clean, and works great. AND - on top of it all - it works on solar! So it's eco-friendly. Long and short of it: If you need something for your camper or RV and are willing to be a little patient (remember that because of the pandemic, all the RV places are slammed!), Martin and his team are phenomenal. Highly recommend!!

In the end result Jack's RV service is a stand up company and a business I would recommend. It is rare these days to have good communication with the owner and have them stand behind their work.     I hired this company to diagnose an issue with my RV slide and paid $200 for the service call…read more Their conclusion was that the motors needed to be replaced, and I was told they would follow up with a quote for parts and labor. Instead, I contacted BAL, the manufacturer of the slide system, directly. BAL recommended a retrofit repair kit as the proper fix, which I purchased myself for $160. That kit includes two new motors. Once I had the OEM-recommended parts, I asked this company for a labor-only quote. After multiple follow-ups, they declined to even provide one, stating their technician "has not had good luck" with these retrofit kits and that they were not comfortable performing the repair. That's the part I find most frustrating. The retrofit kit still involves replacing the same motors they originally diagnosed as failed. If they were not comfortable performing the manufacturer-recommended repair, that should have been disclosed upfront -- before I paid for a diagnosis and spent time sourcing the solution myself. I appreciate their honesty in ultimately admitting their limitations, but that honesty came after the fact, not before. In the end, I paid $200, got no repair, no quote, and no clear path forward until I handled it myself. Future customers should ask upfront whether the technician is experienced with their specific slide system and whether they are willing to quote labor separately before paying for a diagnosis.

    Nick's Mobile came through when I needed it most…read more I was at Bonelli Bluffs the weekend before Halloween and my new trailer suddenly lost shore power. Not the kind of problem you want to deal with on a trip. I called Nick and he responded right away. He made time to come out the same day. He diagnosed the issue quickly and knew exactly what was wrong. The automatic transfer switch had failed. Instead of delaying the repair, he tracked down the part himself, picked it up, and came back to install it. That level of effort matters when you are on a tight timeline. The repair was clean and professional. Power was restored and my entire weekend was back on track. What could have been a ruined trip turned into a great one. He did not stop there. He worked through the warranty process and made sure the repair was covered. I ended up fully reimbursed by the manufacturer. That saved me money and a lot of hassle. Nick goes above and beyond. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and committed to taking care of his customers. If you need mobile RV service, this is the guy to call. Nick if you see this, I truly apologize for such a late review. My mother in law stills talks about how nice you were and was happy that you stayed for a meal with us!

    So awhile back (June ish) I used Nick to check in on a refrigerator repair and he point out some…read morestuff quickly and had some solutions. During the process there was some wood that was jacked up around the fridge where it anchors to the cabinets. I'm not overly picky just like bare minimums for my rig..but I wasn't thrilled because the fridge didn't stand straight. Nonetheless Nick said whether it was like that before or from his install he'd handle it next time around. Welp 7 months later my roof is leaking, I found again for roof leak repairs and he quoted, came out in a couple days, had it worked up, threw a little extra seal along the roof gutter that came off at material cost only..and he honored what he said from 7 months prior by finding pieces to anchor the fridge while doing the roof work at no extra charge. Additionally, I found a small leak from a clamp when using the hot water heater and he stopped by the campground on 24 hour notice and found the origin of the leak and fixed that for me quickly too (no charge). I'm happy with his response to the previous issue and quick turnaround time and will use him for quite a few other projects moving forward!

About 2 months ago, Shawn serviced my 5th wheel for water heater maintenance as well as a heater related issue. He was on time, respectful of my time, extremely communicative and proved to be highly trustworthy. Shawn handled the water heater related issue quickly, efficiently and smoothly. The heater turned out to be a bit more of a headache. But Shawn handled it like a true professional at all times. He worked to diagnose the issues with the heater, but had to return another day to complete the repair. Based on my intial interaction with Shawn the first day, I had absolutely no problem allowing him to further repair my trailer while I was at work. Shawn was able to complete the repair, completely cleaned up his work area in my living area, and provided video and audio proof that he had completed the repair. Shawn charged me a reasonable price to maintenance and repair my trailer. Let's me be clear. It was reasonable and appropriate NOT cheap. We all know we get what we pay for and this is especially true for mechanics and professional tradesman. Bottom line is Shawn is 100% trustworthy, his pricing is appropriate for the service quality and service call, and he can be counted on to get the job done correctly when the job is complete. I will call Shawn again when I need him. But he even gave me tips and educated me on the maintenance of my trailer so I can save myself some money in the future. Thank you Shawn. For example, he knew that the water pressure at Newport Dunes is really strong and that could be part of the problem with a water leak in the RV. He gave some other options of what the issue could be and what it would cost for travel, consultation and repair. I was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. I will definitely use them to all my future RV repair needs.

    WHO DOES THIS???? I recently went in to get a new battery. I was apprehensive to turn my car off in…read morecase they didn't have the right battery. I called the store and immediately this man named JOSE said not to worry and that he would come out to check my car. He came right out and was so kind and understanding. Said they did have the right battery and that he would install it. When he went to take out the old battery it was melded together to the terminal with corrosion. Jose took 30 MINUTES OR MORE to work on getting the terminal off. He even went back in and got some Wd40 to continue trying to get it off. He worked and worked and worked. He never gave up or suggested he couldn't do it. He did all of this while wearing his pristine grey Auto Zone long sleeve shirt and didn't get a single stain on it! I was so impressed not only with Jose's work ethic, but also by his cheerful attitude and the fact that he simply was determined to help me and not leave me or my car stranded without a battery. I am SO appreciative of Jose. This Auto Zone is kinda located in a basement area in San Clemente, so it might be easy to miss. But I will search it out again and again simply because of your employee, Jose! I did ask Jose who his boss was and wanted to make sure this message gets to Joe Peckett.
