After getting a storage unit I was confused at the initial cost and pro rate being much higher then the hook of a low intro rate. Then got a new higher and unfamiliar price for the first full months rent. I immediately removed my things and closed this down. I wouldn't recommend and won't return.

I was told 3 different stories about why the card was charged. The crazy thing is that my mother is not a part of my storage u nit and neither is her credit card. The manager said my mom called her and made the payments. That's lie #1. Then she said my mother refused the refund money. That's lie #2. Lie #3 is that nothing can be done and we are S.O.L. She kept in touch with me even after I'd signed the rental agreement to make sure that the container would arrive in time, and that everything went as smoothly as possible.
