I requested to speak to management to get this policy corrected And unfortunately, they declined to allow that to happen. Full disclosure after repeated requests they did offer a one time refund of the late fee. Still hoping to talk to management about the deceptive 9day / 10 day late fee policy and get it corrected.

She kept in touch with me even after I'd signed the rental agreement to make sure that the container would arrive in time, and that everything went as smoothly as possible.
