I requested to speak to management to get this policy corrected And unfortunately, they declined to allow that to happen. Full disclosure after repeated requests they did offer a one time refund of the late fee. Still hoping to talk to management about the deceptive 9day / 10 day late fee policy and get it corrected.

This place is a joke. The manager seems drunk and tells lies! My mother's credit card was charged 9…read moredays after I paid the month's rent. But the charges didn't add up correctly. I was told 3 different stories about why the card was charged. The crazy thing is that my mother is not a part of my storage u nit and neither is her credit card. The manager said my mom called her and made the payments. That's lie #1. Then she said my mother refused the refund money. That's lie #2. Lie #3 is that nothing can be done and we are S.O.L. Well there is things that can be done and they are being done! So save yourself the headache and find storage someplace else where the manager isn't drunk!!!!!!

In May of 2021, when I called -- right at their closing time of 6p -- to seek parking for my three…read morearchival-storage trailers, the owner, Jason, stayed on the phone past his closing time in order to very kindly & clearly explain that they were now full; but then, after hearing re my predicament of needing trailer parking right away, he very thoughtfully referred me to his friend who has a farm nearby (who when I then called agreed to let me park my trailers there instead). I think Jason's kindness may've saved me from having to lose some of my archives! (Jason also explained that he does vehicular repair, specializing in RV's & trailers.)
