The balloons were appreciated by the recipient and that's all I wanted! I will say the foil balloons could have had a little more helium because they weren't fully inflated- maybe it can be attributed to the heat, but I had the AC on... so idk. Other than that, I appreciate Josie and how seamless the process was from placing the order to being brought my order (curbside). The company replied "Please don't reserve again online bc that costs me $ everytime". I explained to the company why I used the book now feature on their website since their email was not working, the company responded "Thanks for pointing out the obvious lol there's no reason to be rude tho ". As a potential customer just looking for a quote, I felt like this company owner demonstrated unprofessionalism in her texting customers using "$" and "LOL". The whole experience felt unprofessional and unpleasant. Please improve your customer service and communication with potential customers. Also please provide a workable email address for customers to request a quote without having to directly call as some customers prefer email communication instead of calling or texting.

Trying to figure where to enter was a bit confusing and I didn't want to roam around carrying two tanks so I walked in through the back gate and was immediately able to find a staff member. They took my tanks and handled the refill quickly and efficiently. Once filled, we headed to the front of the shop to pay. Pricing is based on the number of gallons they actually put in rather than a flat rate tank exchange. Coast has become my go‑to spot simply because it's close by, the process is easy, and I much prefer the value and efficiency of refilling instead of doing a tank exchange. Friendly service, no hassle, and competitive rates. What more can you ask for in a propane refill?
