She said she was running behind and we'll get back to me. She never got back to me. I called her multiple times. Texted her multiple times and no response. She is completely unprofessional. I understand there's delays but to ignore your client is unacceptable. I had to call another rental company last minute to get chairs and umbrellas for my occasion. Very affordable and transparent pricing. 2. Laura was very responsive and easy to work with. 3. Delivery was on time and efficient. Now for the negatives, and reasons why I removed 2 stars: 1. Chairs arrived FILTHY. I spent nearly 2 hours cleaning and scrubbing dirt and stains off 16 chairs. 2. During delivery the young man swung around a stack of chairs and put a dent in our garage refrigerator. Thank goodness we'd moved our cars out of the way before they arrived. 3. Pickup was supposed to happen the following day (Friday). That day, I stayed home all day expecting a call/text that they'd be arriving soon to pickup the rental items, but no word. Then, the next day at 7:20am (Saturday) I am woken up by the doorbell ringing. I looked at my phone to check the time and saw a text from them only, 10 minutes prior, saying they'd be arriving soon.

Yes, this is a small order, but I was willing to pay the $50 delivery fee which was the same price as the actual order. It should be noted in their FAQ's online it specifically states there is no minimum order, but I guess this is not true! Additionally, if there is a minimum, this should be clearly on the order page and it should not let you check out if you have not met their unspecified minimum. I'll be renting elsewhere of course, but worth the warning to others throwing a smaller event.

They seem competitive with prices online with their items but they nickel and dime you with hidden fees after you get your quote and even on the wedding day, which is already stressful enough.
