The guys who delivered were courteous and put the sectional together and did micro movements for me to get it exactly where I wanted it. The recliner does not operate correctly, works unevenly, and the cushion has already sunk in--making it uncomfortable and look worn almost immediately. I have had two technician visits, and the issue is still not resolved. I've spent a significant amount of time communicating with customer service, but nothing has been fixed--just repeated promises and more scheduling. At this point, I am simply asking for a replacement or refund. I will update this review if the company makes this right.

We had to stay home and wait for a call since there isn't a specific time they give you. The guys gave us a courtesy call, which I requested when I placed my order, when they were about an hour away. When they arrived, my husband asked if they can take off their shoes. We have carpet and like to keep it clean. The guy said no, so then my husband offered to take the items into the bedroom from the door. Once the guys brought everything in, they then took off their shoes and preceded to the master bedroom to assemble the bed. After about 75% completion, they informed us that they had the wrong support legs for the slats. He offered to saw it down but we prefer the original that comes with the bed. He said he will call in the order and someone will call us back within an hour or two to set up delivery. That never happened! I called Bel the following Monday and spoke to Rochelle. She couldn't find any notes in the system about what happened, which means the delivery guys never reported it! I had to explain everything. She told me she will contact the warehouse and have it added to the shipment that is sent to the store on Thursday. Then she would call me for pick up. That never happened! After days of no response, I called to follow up. Spoke to Rochelle again and she said the legs didn't come out with the last shipment. She gave me the same answer, but once again never followed up with me. I had to call for the third time and still got the same answer and no follow up. So I finally showed up to the store and she tells me the shipment is here but they haven't had time to look through the box. Really? I've been calling and calling and it's been 2 weeks already since my bed was delivered, and I still can't sleep in it yet?!?!! She said she will get to it first thing when she gets in the next day but after several fails already, I didn't believe her. Nothing has gotten done! An older lady, who I guess is in charge of the warehouse shipment, kindly offered to go check in the back. She returns only to tell me bad news - the legs weren't in the box!! This was so frustrating!! She instead provided me with some random legs she found that she thought could work. So I take it since I am so ready for this to be over with already. Bring it home and guess what happened? They were the wrong size! It didn't work! I couldn't take it anymore, so I had my husband take over to handle this. They offered to give us the legs on the display and we were fine with it since we were literally done! Rochelle called us the next day and my husband picked up the legs and finally - we have a fully assembled bed we paid for that we can use! Word of advice to Bel at the Willowbrook location - please follow up with your customers if you want them to return for more business! Don't just say you're going to do something, you need to actually do it!
