Great stuff, cheap! Some you're familiar with, some you've never heard of. All worth exploring!

Their stuff is not that cheap. You can find better deals on sale at regular retailers. I bought nothing on my visit and doubt I will return.

I am very happy with the help of choosing all of my bathroom hardware, mirror and lights products…read morevia zoom meeting and emails. I only showed them the marble pictures, and tiles that I wanted to buy and I got recommendations of the whole portfolio of the hardwares. The designer took 1 step more and recommended a paint color that I ended up loving and using it for other areas. All products were mailed out on time and packed very firm. Nothing was broken. Easy communication and they always followed up. Thank you lighting boutique to make my bathroom look modern and clean.

So I went back about a week ago and found a beautiful chandelier for my entryway as well as my dining room table. When the installer whom was recommended by Jan came to install it he realized there were two pins missing. This is when my ordeal started. Jan is rude, doesn't listen. There is no way to reason with her!!! I am now dealing with Sarah who is polite and was promised she would have an answer by Monday. I've called everyday and still their representative has not given them an answer. I called today and Sarah isn't in and told Jan if she could call the rep. She started telling me she was old and couldn't take this pressure. That I was screaming at her. I asked to speak to the owner. She is refusing to let me talk to them. All I want is the parts that are missing. I told her that if they aren't provided soon, they can come pick up the chandelier. I have made my credit card company aware of the situation. I hope the owner contacts me so we can take care of this amicably and like civilized human beings. She really shouldn't be working with the public. If

My family and I drove nearly 40 minutes from Bridgeland--through traffic--because we had a gift…read morecard to The Container Store. We hadn't been in years, and we thought it would be a fun family trip to revisit a store we used to enjoy. When we first arrived, we were greeted warmly by the store manager, Christi, who was kind, professional, and had a genuine smile that set the right tone. The store was not busy, so it was fairly quiet, and you could easily hear my children's laughter echo through the aisles. My son is four--curious, energetic, and, like most toddlers, has a knack for exploring things he shouldn't. My one-year-old daughter giggled as he climbed into one of the large bins--yes, the sturdy, weight-bearing type designed to hold storage items. Of course, as any parent would, I told him to get out. He didn't listen immediately (because, well, he's four), but he wasn't hurting anyone or causing damage. Had anything happened, we're responsible parents and would've made it right. That's why I was completely shocked when an employee named John came marching from the opposite end of the store with a stern, unpleasant expression. Without so much as acknowledging us--the parents--he looked directly at my children and said, in a sharp tone, "Hey kids, get out of there because if you break, you buy." Then he turned and walked away. Not only was this incredibly unprofessional, it was completely inappropriate to speak to someone else's children in that manner. You don't approach toddlers with jargon they don't even understand. You address the parents first. His tone, body language, and delivery made the situation feel unnecessarily hostile and condescending--especially toward two very young kids who were simply being kids. Whether John was having a bad day or just lacks basic customer service skills, it was unacceptable. It left me embarrassed, upset, and frankly appalled that this was how a paying customer and her family were treated--especially in a store that prides itself on organization, sophistication, and service. Although Christi was not aware of what had happened during our visit, her calm and gentle spirit at checkout reminded me what great customer service should feel like. She treated us with genuine kindness and professionalism, completely unaware of the negative experience we'd just had with her employee. Unfortunately, her warmth wasn't enough to undo the damage caused by that interaction. This experience has completely changed how we view this location, and sadly, it will be the last time my family and I shop here. I sincerely hope The Container Store addresses this type of behavior and ensures no other family is ever made to feel the way we did that day.

StillGoode came into my life by recommendation from my grandmother-in-law. A lover of all things…read moreconsignment, vintage, and retail, I knew I'd be in for a treat when we pulled up and I noticed the size of the shop. Comprised of both the main store and an intake area, StillGoode dominates the shopping strip. Apparently consignment is by appointment only, but this review is not about that process, it's about the fun stuff, furniture shopping! Browsing from aisle to aisle, it was clear that everything was in pretty good shape. While the shop as a whole embraced traditional furniture offerings, I occasionally ran across a few items in other styles (an oversized burl coffee table, boucle accent chairs, and various farmhouse pieces for example). The pricing is pretty competitive, especially if you're willing to overlook a few minor markings of wear and tear. It far more expensive than your Goodwill, or Junior Forum, but less expensive than your inner loop curated consignment boutique, and certain a better value that purchasing new. More than that I appreciate the demeanor of the staff. They're helpful but not at all overbearing. They're friendly and available without hovering. It's a relaxed, low pressure environment that allows the customer to feel comfortable taking their time to make decisions. In addition to carrying high quality furniture they also carry decor, framed artwork, jewelry, and handbags. Although my husband and I didn't find anything on this trip, I'm sure we'll be back in a few months to take a look at the new inventory.
