This is the day after I woke up of my tinted brows, just tinted (I didn't ask to get them cleaned…read moreup). Btw, don't mind my crazy just waking up look just want to show you how the brows look the next day. The color on them is still going strong and I've touched and brushed them because ofc they were darker being that they were freshly tinted. I have a feeling it will last about a good week and they say it's suppose to last a few days if you don't wet your face so I believe it. She used what I think looked like a stencil at first to help her with the shape. Then I want to say she tweaked it a bit. I think if I was to to do it again I wouldn't want it stenciled, it felt to thick for my face and im more of a natural galy and like the softer brow shape or I end up looking like angry birds haha. They do look okay though just not exactly what I would have chosen. Being that it was my first appt i just wanted to see how she works without to much of me trying to control the outcome. I can def say she was very professional and made me feel comfy. I can see myself revisiting but perhaps I would disclose more exactly of a shape I'm thinking of.

They acted very enthusiastic and capable. They said I had strong lashes. They went back and forth with what they would do for me. When I went back the next week, the son, Colton, did my lashes. It did not seem like he was doing the length they had discussed and he said he was using a new process on me. It was as if we had not had a consultation. When he finished, I asked him if they were like we talked about- long and thick enough. He said yes and that was the best he could do with my lashes. When I went to pay, I asked his mom, the owner, if she thought they looked good. She said yes. I asked if she thought they were like what we had talked about. She said yes as she walked off. The original care and enthusiasm was gone. The lashes did not look fabulous at all and they started to fall out only a day or two later on the left eye. I went back today to talk to them. The left eye didn't hold at all and the right eye doesn't look much better. Colton made excuses about he did what my lashes could handle. It cost $240! I asked them to give me a $100 back, but they would not. He said the sign said No Refunds. He said he would do new lashes. Why would I want to lay there for two more hours to be dissatisfied and brushed off? So, I'm posting here. I've never done this before, but I want people to be aware. Go somewhere else.

I came in thinking maybe I would do a lash lift, but decided to get lashes instead and I am so incredibly happy with how gorgeous they look. I absolutely recommend Jenny/Lash Therapy. I'm usually very skeptical about reviews, especially many many positive ones (places that have 300+ just don't seem like they are organically left) so I felt it was hard to find someone new to trust. My biggest fear is encountering someone who goes for the giant long brooms that look like fuzzy caterpillars. My second fear was that the lashes would look very crazy with too much curl making them so fake looking. I am of Asian descent and my lashes point down and are very straight. Val not only suggested a reasonable length with an explanation why, she also had L curl lashes in supply and used both those and another curl type to create a really beautiful look. I look and feel great in them. Her isolation skills are great. And retention is very very good. When it comes to lash extensions, some lashes look too crazy in person and look nice on photos. But the way Val does lashes allows you to look and feel beautiful in real life and in photos. I love that.
