I can't say enough great things about Challenger Tap House! The food is always amazing ,every single time I go, it's fresh, flavorful, and hits the spot. The drinks never miss either. Whether you're in the mood for something classic or something a little more creative, they absolutely nail it. One thing that really stands out is the manager ,he is always present, greeting customers and making sure everyone is taken care of. You can tell he genuinely cares about the experience, and it shows. I go there often and have honestly never had a single issue and that kind of consistency is hard to find! Alex is an amazing server! She is attentive, friendly, and always on top of everything without making you feel rushed. And bartender Miranda? She's always making the best drinks. You can tell she truly knows her craft. The vibe is always great , lively, welcoming, and fun. It's the perfect spot for date night, boys' night, or girls' night. No matter the occasion, Challenger Tap House delivers every time. Highly recommend!

First timer here with my sister, out of town from Ventura and we're so happy we stumbled upon this gem! Thank you to Sam for making our experience comfortable and giving us recommendations because we could not decide, everything seemed good! Can't wait to be back..thanks again for the awesome service, food and vibes!!! Also for making my sister a hangover cure it, helped her out a lot haha

Not overly happy with the order. Kabobs were dry, didn't come with rice pilaf- I don't know what kind of rice this is but it's not pilaf, , sloppy presentation on the sides.

We stopped here on the way from Palm Springs to Fresno hoping for a good meal and to catch some NFL games. The decor in the place, including even the men's bathroom was really nice. The bar and dining area was open and roomy and they had every single NFL game playing on their 10 plus TV's. The server came out quickly and asked us about drinks and food. The beer cheese sliders were very good and you can't ever go wrong with tater tots. Also good were the Buffalo chicken fries. The southwestern chicken egg rolls were awesome and reminded me of a higher end version of what you can get at Chili's. All in all, the place was great and we were able to get fed and back on the road in under 40 minutes.

The wings and the pastrami burger with house fries.

The customer service was great! The server was very attentive despite being the only server on the floor. The food was delicious! We tried the wings and they were fully cooked and crispy. The burger was made perfectly as I asked for it well done. Per my husband the beer was perfect temperature ice cold! Plenty of televisions to watch games the ambiance was good.

Doesn't look like much, but TVS are all on for games.

Don't judge a book by its cover. This little bar is friendly, cold beer. Plenty of tap choice. The food is good. And the service is awesome.

As you drive up it is a stand along building with plenty of parking on the far back left side of the parking lot plaza. The interior is very unique, dark back ground with blue lighting with many wall art pieces and TV's you can view within any seating options. They have bar top seating, table and charges and booths. Plenty of seating for small and large parties. As you can see from the menu pictures below they have many food options depending on what you in the mood for. We stopped in during lunch to test out their wings, we heard they were very good, they did not disappoint. The lunch special is a great way to sample their food, we each had our own wing lunch special, I had the 10 piece, you can get two choices of sauce with the 10pc only, my brother had the 8 piece, each order comes with a drink and your choice of fries or onion rings, great price for the wings. The wings had great flavor and were fair sized, I was very impressed with the "hot" buffalo sauce, very tasty with a small kick, I would recommend a try, I also ordered the spicy teriyaki,it was ok but my brother ordered the spicy lemon pepper that is also a hit and a must try. The french frys were criss cut and good sized portion as well. The staff was friendly, we had a great interaction with the bartender (Ash) who brought over our drinks. Overall, a very good experience, we are also looking for a spot to watch the World Cup games and Ash mention that they were going to support the games, we will be back next week to take in the games and more of the menu.

Following our epically failed experience at the NEW Coach's location in Palmdale, we came here in…read morehopes of enjoying Coach's like we used to. The wait staff was pleasant enough, but all the additional charges are out of hand! I had ran into this issue here, previously, as well as at the NEW Coach's just earlier today. We ordered one dozen wings. We asked for the six flats of the order to be "mild" and the six drums to be the spiciest they have (which is not spicy at all). We asked for them to be extra wet. My wife likes ranch with hers, while I like blue cheese. When the ticket is presented, there are up-charges for ALL FLATS and ALL DRUMS, a charge for the blue cheese, a charge for ordering the wings wet. Seriously?! First of all, I had spoken to a manager at this location previously about the up-charges for separating the flats and drums to different flavor profiles. The manager agreed that I should not be charged for this and removed those charges. In discussion with the manager at the NEW Coach's, earlier today, the same consensus was relayed. STOP CHARGING FOR THIS! Look, I could understand if I was ordering six or twelve wings and asking for all of them to be drums or flats. When one orders twelve wings, which is generally equal amounts of drums and flats, why am I attempting to be up-charged twice for having one sauce on all the flats in my order and another sauce on all the drums? Why are you charging me for another dipping sauce on an order of twelve wings? You give one dipping sauce for an order of six wings. You think one dipping sauce is compatible for an order of twelve? You charge me for asking for our wings extra wet? The only reason we ask for them that way is because the wings are nearly dry if you don't. And, the little dollop of sauce that came with the wings was hardly worthy of being called "wet". I had to ask for more sauce because there was not enough to even consider them being viewed as wet when they arrived to the table. This place is going downhill; quick, fast, and in a hurry since the transition to new ownership. Coach's used to be a place we could enjoy going to and count on their menu staples being available (if they weren't sold out!). The fried green beans were in high demand. So much so that they were sold out when we went, a few times. Their pretzels were also a huge hit! The new owners removed them from the menu. I know they have had numerous requests to bring them back, but they couldn't care less. The food has gone downhill, the wait staff is not as lively and personable as they used to be, the extra charges are ridiculous, and the new owners don't give a rat's a$$ about their customers; they only care about trying to make money (while removing a couple of the best selling items on the original Coach's menu). Make that make sense! Remove sell-out items when your only focus is about making money. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because the waitress was halfway attentive. Good luck with your future, as you continue to lose previously loyal customers!

There was no hostess when we walked in so it took a minute to get noticed, but a guy at the takeout counter flagged us down and got us seated. An older lady took our order and let us know about the lunch special instead of just letting us order full price -- 10 bone-in wings for $14 or 10 boneless for $12, comes with a side (fries, or upgrade to wedges/tots) and a drink. Genuinely such a good deal, more people should know about it. Our server Daija was excellent -- sweet, attentive, introduced herself as soon as she got back from break. A big rush came in later (3-4 tables at once) and she ended up handling all of them solo. Handled it really well, stayed friendly the whole time even though the place felt a little short-staffed. Food was a mixed bag. We got Asian Zing, mango habanero, Thai curry, and German jalapeno. Thai curry was the surprise favorite -- slightly heavy-handed but it worked. Asian Zing was standard/solid. German jalapeno sauce felt a little thin, not as lemony or spicy as usual. Mango habanero was the letdown -- had the mango flavor but no actual habanero heat, which kind of defeats the point. Tots were crispy, wedges were great, wings were cooked well texture-wise -- it was really just sauce consistency that needed work. Customer service carried this visit. Kitchen could use some fine-tuning on the sauces, but I'd absolutely come back for that lunch special and to get sat by Daija again.
