In…read moreJuly I saw an advertisement in Market Place for a low milage and low priced RV, A Phil Johnson invited me into the Dealership, where James sold me a 2010 low milage Winebago , with tax and license it was 45 thousand dollars which I paid for by a cashier check , James does not return phone calls , I was issued two temporary Licenses . I have not been able to get a title or a license, can not drive this RV any longer because it is illegal to do so. , .The DOL told me it had a lien on it .James has not told me when or if I can ever receive a title for it , refused to refund my money , even the part where i paid for tax, filing fee licensing . Obviously will not remain in business violating state laws like this.

My wife and I had many conversations on the phone and also Messenger on Facebook where we found the ad. We asked many question, one being, is it on consignment or do they own it, ANSWER: They Own It!!!! We live 3 hrs away and we made that very clear to the person that is responding to our messages. In the photos of the exterior there was a lot of reflection so even when we blew it up you could not see all the body damage on the 2004 Beaver Monterey Motorcoach. The front looked like it had major dirt on it and we ask about it and they mentioned it was just dirt, it was not! there is a thick grime with me using my finger nail I could not remove any of it. Major scratches as if some had tried to remove it but to no avail. There was spray over on the body with them trying to hide the damage and it was not even a good attempt. The person did mention that that there was a PVC Pipe that has broke going to the fresh water tank, there are 5 pipes and they did not know which one. Fishy explanation! When we got home I contacted them back through messenger and all I have received was the dog and pony show. It states James is the one having the conversation and who ever is doing it is saying he is just a kid saying what the owners has told him. So the owner who ever that is tells a lie (MAYBE) to some one else that repeats the lie..... It is still a lie! So we get more dog and pony show..... We are people that are qualified and in our upper 60's and this is the way they treated a qualified buyer. So typical of their industry and they wonder why people do not trust them! I have yet to receive my title, registration, or license plates. At first Jonathan was answering my calls and texts saying that he personally went down and re-filed my paperwork. The DOL does not even have pending paperwork on file (this is now June 2021). I have since realized that everything we were told was a lie and we have been scammed. The temp plates Jonathan put in my vehicle are fraudulent. I didn't realize this until they expired and Jonathan mailed me "new ones". (He just photocopied a real one and keeps re-filling out his own expiration dates. Jonathan seemed to be a nice guy during the transaction (found out later that almost everything he said and did was a lie), then lied to me multiple times afterward by pretending to follow up with the situation and saying that it was taken care of. According to the DOL investigator working with me the temp plates are a photocopy of another dealership's temporary plates.) I have now been dealing with the WA DOL Dealer Investigations unit. If you have also been scammed by this "business" please file a complaint with that office so we can hopefully prevent others from being scammed as well. The investigator working with me said that this "business" and all its associates are well known by the government as being fraudulent and run by con artists for MANY years. It is now the end of June and there has been no resolution. I am driving and insuring a vehicle that I have paid for in full yet do not have the title or registration/plates. Every 15 days I go to the department of licensing and PAY for new temporary 15 day plates... then repeat the process so I can legally drive my vehicle. This has been an absolute nightmare, please save yourself from this experience and do not attempt to purchase a vehicle or anything else from High Country RV and Auto Sales or any associates.

I purchased a 2012 Toyota Tundra from Titan One Enterprises LLC, and it quickly turned into a…read morecostly and frustrating experience. The truck looked clean and well-cared for, but within 1,000 miles I discovered it had a blown head gasket -- a serious and expensive issue that was never disclosed prior to the sale, and potentially could total the car if it had overheated and the block warped. What makes this worse is that James George, the owner of Titan One, knew about the problem before selling the vehicle. Despite that, he sold it to me anyway -- no disclosure, no honesty, just a blatant disregard for the buyer. Although the truck had no maintenance records, it was clearly cared for by the previous owner. I asked to be put in touch with that person multiple times. First, the dealership told me the previous owner didn't want to be contacted. Later, they claimed they couldn't find his information due to having "too much paperwork." Both were lies. Eventually, I tracked the previous owner down myself. When I spoke to him, he told me "I knew this phone call would come" and admitted that he strongly suspected the truck would be sold without proper repairs to rip someone off -- and unfortunately, that someone was me. I also strongly suspect that the salesperson, Walter, was aware of the truck's condition, given that he told me he had worked closely with James for a number of years. It's hard to believe he wouldn't have known what was going on. This experience was full of red flags, half-truths, and outright lies. Titan One Enterprises LLC operates with a complete lack of transparency and integrity. I would absolutely not recommend doing business with them under any circumstances.
