This dealership is not to be trusted , selling RVs without any back ground checks or Titles. In…read moreJuly I saw an advertisement in Market Place for a low milage and low priced RV, A Phil Johnson invited me into the Dealership, where James sold me a 2010 low milage Winebago , with tax and license it was 45 thousand dollars which I paid for by a cashier check , James does not return phone calls , I was issued two temporary Licenses . I have not been able to get a title or a license, can not drive this RV any longer because it is illegal to do so. , .The DOL told me it had a lien on it .James has not told me when or if I can ever receive a title for it , refused to refund my money , even the part where i paid for tax, filing fee licensing . Obviously will not remain in business violating state laws like this.

So first off..... I did read the reviews and I know that sometimes the reviews are just hate!!!…read more But that is not the case with this business. My wife and I had many conversations on the phone and also Messenger on Facebook where we found the ad. We asked many question, one being, is it on consignment or do they own it, ANSWER: They Own It!!!! We live 3 hrs away and we made that very clear to the person that is responding to our messages. We are a very qualified buyer not just a looker. In the photos of the exterior there was a lot of reflection so even when we blew it up you could not see all the body damage on the 2004 Beaver Monterey Motorcoach. The front looked like it had major dirt on it and we ask about it and they mentioned it was just dirt, it was not! there is a thick grime with me using my finger nail I could not remove any of it. Major scratches as if some had tried to remove it but to no avail. There was spray over on the body with them trying to hide the damage and it was not even a good attempt. The person did mention that that there was a PVC Pipe that has broke going to the fresh water tank, there are 5 pipes and they did not know which one. Fishy explanation! When we got home I contacted them back through messenger and all I have received was the dog and pony show. It states James is the one having the conversation and who ever is doing it is saying he is just a kid saying what the owners has told him. So the owner who ever that is tells a lie (MAYBE) to some one else that repeats the lie..... It is still a lie! So we get more dog and pony show..... We are people that are qualified and in our upper 60's and this is the way they treated a qualified buyer. So typical of their industry and they wonder why people do not trust them! It is because they are liars!!!!!! They will come on and try to song and dance this review do not fall for it! SO TRUST THE REVIEWS THEY ARE SPOT ON!!!!

There should be negative stars for this company. We bought the RV last year at the Tacoma RV show…read moreand it had a couple of issues that they said they would address; check engine light, shower door, stuck drawer, hub cap issue, replacing the chairs, roof leak and short a TV. When we signed the deal they threw in 6 foursomes at Chambers Bay; I got one round. They kept our RV for 6 weeks as they supposedly waited on chairs which were cheap used chairs with broken armrests. We asked if we could take the RV for a weekend trip as we were anxious to use our RV. First they tell us that the 30 day warranty has expired but they will fix what they agreed to take care of. At this time the partnership splintered and the brothers took over and Jeremy and Toni were gone. So they took the RV back for another month to address what need to be done and it has now been 6 weeks. So they called me to say it's ready. We took it out that following weekend and the shower door fell off before we got on the freeway, the check engine light came on 150 miles into the trip, the chairs were used and cheap wrapped in plastic, they did put in a TV, They never gave me my 5 rounds of golf, don't answer the phone and after filing a complaint with the attorney general who closed our case because they can't get a hold of Branden or Rob. These guys are total scumbags who have all of the RV's in different states of disrepair saying we are waiting on parts and are full of false promises. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE TWO IDIOTS!

Found my RV on offer up. Branden messaged right away and was communicative- until I paid for it…read more Thank goodness it was delivered unlocked since they lost the keys and I had to text him for a week to get an answer about the locksmith he said he would send. I also had to hound him for 6 weeks to get my plates. Would never do business with them again. I'm DONE.

Do not buy your rv from Baydos. I purchased a 2014 surveyor trailer brand new. We immediately found…read morea water leak had water all over the floor. They said they fixed it but they lied. I know it's 10 years later but I get it but if they would have repaired it correctly I would still be using it instead the floor completely rotted away a total loss.

First I have to point out that Camper Dan is not a bad guy, I just think misinformed. We went to…read moreBaydo's a couple of years ago looking for a quality travel trailer. Camper Dan listened to our wants and requirements and pointed us to a Surveyor made by Forest River. He said the roof was seamless for realtively maintenance free use. The floors were made for pest, etc. etc. We also purchased our extended warranty in finance for that added piece of mind. Well, just over a year in. the roof leaked, service couldn't find it the first time, and damaged our cabinets. Yay!!! we have an extended warranty. NOPE. It doesn't cover seals, fittings, on and on. I research because rv's and travel trailers don't have a "Consumer Reports", an unbiased tester, or do they? People think Airstream is good, but I don't want to spend 90k+. Let me tell you research everything and if your think Forest River ANYTHING is good, I wish you the best of luck. Camper Dan is a great salesman, but that's about it. Our trailer sat in service for months and they are still not done. They let us take the trailer because the flooring, with pink mold, is still on order. Here is what we decided to do. We are trading in our beloved piece of crap Surveyor and getting a real travel trailer. My advice to EVERYONE is to do a touch of research. Unfortunately you will not buy from Baydo's, but there are brands that are truly good.

I'll start with the positive: We are happy with the Odyssey SE and excited to travel with it…read more The entire buying experience, however, was extremely disappointing. Our salesperson was very nice and assured us she had our best interest at heart. And we really shouldn't have trusted her, so part of that is our fault. She said the unit had solar (not solar prep, solar power), she said the unit had GPS, she said the dealership offered "same day service". Based on these statements, we decided to go ahead with the purchase. The only negotiation we did on price was to ask that the dealer bring down the cost of the PDI. They agreed, but said we needed to finance in order to get that deal (we were going to pay cash). We agreed and they gave us a $2,000 credit toward our trade in to offset the $4,000 in PDI. We pointed out some items which were either broken or dirty to the salesperson and asked if we should send a list of the the things we found. She said, "No need. I have a great eye and will catch everything." When we arrived to pick up our vehicle, none of the items had been fixed and the unit was dirty (dirty floor, stained curtain, bathroom not clean). I thought the $4,000 included a cleaning and examination of all the major systems. The cleaning was not done and our refrigerator on first use was malfunctioning. We paid full retail price for the extended warranty (which we definitely wanted), but the finance person quoted us a $15,000 price to begin with and then came down to $11,000. After all the paperwork, we paid $12,000. He did give us free Mariner tickets. I would prefer no Mariner tickets and be reasonable and truthful about the price. When we signed all of our paperwork, the manager at the store and the parts person were great. No issues and they took care of the broken piece. They accepted our trade-in with no questions or hassles. Although they gave us $36,000 for our trade, and are now selling it for $92,000, that's on us for not negotiating more. Still stings though :) What hurts the most is just the dishonesty of the experience. We came in good faith, gave them a great trade-in and paid practically full price. We received a unit that was misrepresented in what it contained, dirty, and malfunctioning. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Fortunately, we have an extended warranty and should be able to get it fixed (not "same day" as we were promised but likely 2-3 weeks.)
