Last spring/2025 we bought off the shelf a stock "cam only" replacement from the Portland store. It was supposed to pair up with our old monitor no prob, :( the counter fella was unaware the wireless-frequencies, cam-monitor, had changed from 2019-2025. Bryan at the Milton location got us into a new superior back up cam system. Matt in their service sector took the time to walk over and give us some helpful tips for install. May not seem worthy of a review but,, after this many years/experiences with Airstream,,, I'm gonna tell you that it's the little things that matter most sometimes. We had a lot of probs in past with long waits on service/repairs when the dealership was under a different ownership at the Auburn location. Because of that I had to learn to fix things myself,, which is usually about a 50/50 lol. Especially electrical. Customer service like that/ boosted confidence for future repairs or upgrades at the Milton location. PS Pic quality/features Brand-motion Cam system are "awesome". There is a lot more all I can say is they are liars and cheats just look at the rest of the reviews as well you will have nothing but problems here.

So we looked at another trailer that the salesman claimed they took in on a trade. There were dealership plates on the trailer and they were not theirs. Then the price was not realistic for the year. Second time my yearly, Inspection May, 2026. I was told I needed a roof seal. By the service person Shawn. I paid for wheel bearing lubed and slide out lubed. I have had more trouble with the RV than can imagine. Taken a trip to Grover Beach California. After getting there the furnace would not work. The auto leveler jacks would not level. After returning Home. The road Armor springs will not take grease. I was told by Shawn the system was greased. I would not recommend Tacoma RV. I was told by Service manager (Chris Zeitner) . I would be contacted BY Owners. I wanted to let you know that I have forwarded your email to LaDonna, the owner of Tacoma RV I was never contacted by anyone. Shawn is a Lier and a thief. I would not recommend Tacoma RV Service Center. Cost $1500 Plus for 1. Inspect roof sealants 2. Inspect lubrication of wheel hubs. 3. Inspect and clean furnace. 4. Inspect and flush water systems.
