I have not been able to get a title or a license, can not drive this RV any longer because it is illegal to do so. , .The DOL told me it had a lien on it .James has not told me when or if I can ever receive a title for it , refused to refund my money , even the part where i paid for tax, filing fee licensing . Obviously will not remain in business violating state laws like this.

So first off..... I did read the reviews and I know that sometimes the reviews are just hate!!!…read more But that is not the case with this business. My wife and I had many conversations on the phone and also Messenger on Facebook where we found the ad. We asked many question, one being, is it on consignment or do they own it, ANSWER: They Own It!!!! We live 3 hrs away and we made that very clear to the person that is responding to our messages. We are a very qualified buyer not just a looker. In the photos of the exterior there was a lot of reflection so even when we blew it up you could not see all the body damage on the 2004 Beaver Monterey Motorcoach. The front looked like it had major dirt on it and we ask about it and they mentioned it was just dirt, it was not! there is a thick grime with me using my finger nail I could not remove any of it. Major scratches as if some had tried to remove it but to no avail. There was spray over on the body with them trying to hide the damage and it was not even a good attempt. The person did mention that that there was a PVC Pipe that has broke going to the fresh water tank, there are 5 pipes and they did not know which one. Fishy explanation! When we got home I contacted them back through messenger and all I have received was the dog and pony show. It states James is the one having the conversation and who ever is doing it is saying he is just a kid saying what the owners has told him. So the owner who ever that is tells a lie (MAYBE) to some one else that repeats the lie..... It is still a lie! So we get more dog and pony show..... We are people that are qualified and in our upper 60's and this is the way they treated a qualified buyer. So typical of their industry and they wonder why people do not trust them! It is because they are liars!!!!!! They will come on and try to song and dance this review do not fall for it! SO TRUST THE REVIEWS THEY ARE SPOT ON!!!!

When we signed the deal they threw in 6 foursomes at Chambers Bay; I got one round. They kept our RV for 6 weeks as they supposedly waited on chairs which were cheap used chairs with broken armrests. We asked if we could take the RV for a weekend trip as we were anxious to use our RV. First they tell us that the 30 day warranty has expired but they will fix what they agreed to take care of. At this time the partnership splintered and the brothers took over and Jeremy and Toni were gone. So they took the RV back for another month to address what need to be done and it has now been 6 weeks. So they called me to say it's ready. We took it out that following weekend and the shower door fell off before we got on the freeway, the check engine light came on 150 miles into the trip, the chairs were used and cheap wrapped in plastic, they did put in a TV, They never gave me my 5 rounds of golf, don't answer the phone and after filing a complaint with the attorney general who closed our case because they can't get a hold of Branden or Rob. These guys are total scumbags who have all of the RV's in different states of disrepair saying we are waiting on parts and are full of false promises. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE TWO IDIOTS!

We actually purchased a decent trailer and have been happy with it. When I purchased the trailer I was advised to also purchase the extended warranty for repairs and things that may come up later so I did just that. The warranty cost me an additional $2700 plus taxes and now that it's been a few years and I'm in need of repairs, 512 Auto isn't returning calls, emails, or texts! When I bought the trailer I was told that the building had just been broken into and the keys were stolen so they replaced them thru a locksmith while I waited for over two hours. I was also told that I would get the warranty info mailed to me once they put there office back together from the break in. It's been years and no such warranty as ever shown up. Now that I need to make repairs on the trailer, they can't seem to make time to get me the company info of who holds my warranty? I have filed a claim with the BBB and will continue to seek a refund for my extended warranty purchase. Legal proceedings are also in the works and I highly advise you to stay away from this business! They are far to available to take your payment and make a sale but can't employee good customer service one you leave the lot? It's places like this that make people have trust issues with car lots!

The truck looked clean and well-cared for, but within 1,000 miles I discovered it had a blown head gasket -- a serious and expensive issue that was never disclosed prior to the sale, and potentially could total the car if it had overheated and the block warped. What makes this worse is that James George, the owner of Titan One, knew about the problem before selling the vehicle. Despite that, he sold it to me anyway -- no disclosure, no honesty, just a blatant disregard for the buyer. Although the truck had no maintenance records, it was clearly cared for by the previous owner. I asked to be put in touch with that person multiple times. First, the dealership told me the previous owner didn't want to be contacted. Later, they claimed they couldn't find his information due to having "too much paperwork." Both were lies. Eventually, I tracked the previous owner down myself. When I spoke to him, he told me "I knew this phone call would come" and admitted that he strongly suspected the truck would be sold without proper repairs to rip someone off -- and unfortunately, that someone was me. I also strongly suspect that the salesperson, Walter, was aware of the truck's condition, given that he told me he had worked closely with James for a number of years. It's hard to believe he wouldn't have known what was going on. This experience was full of red flags, half-truths, and outright lies. Titan One Enterprises LLC operates with a complete lack of transparency and integrity. I would absolutely not recommend doing business with them under any circumstances.

We encountered many sleazy salesmen and felt like a number at many of the dealerships. Luckily, we found the model we wanted at Baydo's. We met with salesman, Casey Loreth who was honest and up-front and addressed all of our concerns. Unfortunately, we were unable to obtain financing for the model we wanted but Casey said he had a used model he wanted us to check out. It had all the amenities we were looking for and we went for it. Casey called me within 2 hours after leaving the dealership to let us know we had been approved. He let me know he was with another customer and would call me back with the details but wanted to let me know as soon as he heard. Between approval and delivery we exchanged texts and he always responded quickly. He never made us feel like we were a burden. He was helpful and went above and beyond repeatedly. When we went to pick up our trailer we met with finance manager Kim Smith. He was also very warm and made us feel at home. He made us laugh repeatedly. He said his job was to make this process fun since RVing is supposed to be enjoyable. He did not want it to be a painful process and he could tell he really enjoyed what he did. Baydo's has a customer for life and I will definitely refer my friends and family there.

I'll start with the positive: We are happy with the Odyssey SE and excited to travel with it…read more The entire buying experience, however, was extremely disappointing. Our salesperson was very nice and assured us she had our best interest at heart. And we really shouldn't have trusted her, so part of that is our fault. She said the unit had solar (not solar prep, solar power), she said the unit had GPS, she said the dealership offered "same day service". Based on these statements, we decided to go ahead with the purchase. The only negotiation we did on price was to ask that the dealer bring down the cost of the PDI. They agreed, but said we needed to finance in order to get that deal (we were going to pay cash). We agreed and they gave us a $2,000 credit toward our trade in to offset the $4,000 in PDI. We pointed out some items which were either broken or dirty to the salesperson and asked if we should send a list of the the things we found. She said, "No need. I have a great eye and will catch everything." When we arrived to pick up our vehicle, none of the items had been fixed and the unit was dirty (dirty floor, stained curtain, bathroom not clean). I thought the $4,000 included a cleaning and examination of all the major systems. The cleaning was not done and our refrigerator on first use was malfunctioning. We paid full retail price for the extended warranty (which we definitely wanted), but the finance person quoted us a $15,000 price to begin with and then came down to $11,000. After all the paperwork, we paid $12,000. He did give us free Mariner tickets. I would prefer no Mariner tickets and be reasonable and truthful about the price. When we signed all of our paperwork, the manager at the store and the parts person were great. No issues and they took care of the broken piece. They accepted our trade-in with no questions or hassles. Although they gave us $36,000 for our trade, and are now selling it for $92,000, that's on us for not negotiating more. Still stings though :) What hurts the most is just the dishonesty of the experience. We came in good faith, gave them a great trade-in and paid practically full price. We received a unit that was misrepresented in what it contained, dirty, and malfunctioning. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Fortunately, we have an extended warranty and should be able to get it fixed (not "same day" as we were promised but likely 2-3 weeks.)

I have yet to receive my title, registration, or license plates. At first Jonathan was answering my calls and texts saying that he personally went down and re-filed my paperwork. The DOL does not even have pending paperwork on file (this is now June 2021). I have since realized that everything we were told was a lie and we have been scammed. The temp plates Jonathan put in my vehicle are fraudulent. I didn't realize this until they expired and Jonathan mailed me "new ones". (He just photocopied a real one and keeps re-filling out his own expiration dates. Jonathan seemed to be a nice guy during the transaction (found out later that almost everything he said and did was a lie), then lied to me multiple times afterward by pretending to follow up with the situation and saying that it was taken care of. According to the DOL investigator working with me the temp plates are a photocopy of another dealership's temporary plates.) I have now been dealing with the WA DOL Dealer Investigations unit. If you have also been scammed by this "business" please file a complaint with that office so we can hopefully prevent others from being scammed as well. The investigator working with me said that this "business" and all its associates are well known by the government as being fraudulent and run by con artists for MANY years. It is now the end of June and there has been no resolution. I am driving and insuring a vehicle that I have paid for in full yet do not have the title or registration/plates. Every 15 days I go to the department of licensing and PAY for new temporary 15 day plates... then repeat the process so I can legally drive my vehicle. This has been an absolute nightmare, please save yourself from this experience and do not attempt to purchase a vehicle or anything else from High Country RV and Auto Sales or any associates.
