I wasn't even upset about the wait, but being gaslit and accused of "disappearing" was uncalled for. Don't worry, we won't be back; the unwelcoming message was definitely received. I hope they discontinue this practice or I'll have to find another coffee place. To continue producing a quality product, you must use quality ingredients.
