Service is very friendly, super accommodating. Restaurant is super clean. Fair warning: 1) Food is on the pricier side. 2) This is not fast food. It will take a minute for them to prep because it's fresh. On a non-busy day my food will take about 7-10 minutes. If they're busy, longer. However, they do have an app you can pre-order from.

I forgot when it was going to end so I missed the last category sadly, but now I can confidently say they have great sandwiches, bowls and salads! I used to always get the teriyaki chicken bowl, but have since varied up my order and now the Citrus Thai salad with chicken is my go to! It's so good and filling while being light! I also love the club sandwich and the grinder is great too. My husband doesn't eat "bowls" much but I got him to try one and he really liked the Korean steak, I tried a bite as well and thought the flavor was very good and not too spicy. I looooove their rice and I really appreciate that the veggie mix includes Brussel sprouts. Their avocado toast is a great breakfast as well. I've tried smoothies/juice/parfait and all were fine but personally I just prefer to go to Nekter or Smoothie King for that stuff. The rewards program is pretty decent as well! Random offers and deals are a nice surprise! They're getting plenty of my money and will continue to do so hahaha

They need to hire and train people who actually care about food execution otherwise fall back to warming muffins and making coffee... Update: loved listening to the staff complaining about all of the other employees and how bad they were at cleaning and doing their side work...the one lady would not stop commenting on all the other closers who don't do a good job...yes, while we were sitting in the dining room eating the food. Seems to be it's all pretty connected...don't care about customer experience? Produce poorly executed and uninspired food....! Don't care about customer experience? Food is always ready on time, perfectly wrapped, great service, and most importantly - great tasting. Their cookies are huge & they are amazing. The sea salt caramel cookie is my favorite. It has sea salt flakes on top, oats, and it's bigger than my hand. Side salads are big portions & so cheap. I get at least 2 each time I order - along with my sandwich. All of their sandwiches here are amazing & you get to choose the bread for any sandwich you choose. Every sandwich & every bread choice is so good. You cannot go wrong with this place & they have never disappointed me. I have lunch for 3 days & spend less than $20. It's so filling & so worth your money. Give it a try!

I'm a salt lover but honestly this was so salty I could not eat it. The crust stays on very well which typically I'd be impressed with but I could not (with a fork and knife) get it off of any one bite to be able to eat this chicken. The fries are covered in the same seasoning and so other than pickles (which don't really help) you have zero break in salt. The restaurant itself is in a perfect place to have a busy atmosphere. We are outside and it was really peaceful. Parking is a task as they have HEB right in the lot with other great places to eat. There is no service here as it is more of order and wait at the counter but as long as it's not a busy day that's is no worry. Overall I think it is clear I will not be back.

The chicken and fries were really good but the mac & cheese was ok. I got the Dave's #3 on "Hot" and the extra tender "Extra Hot" on the spice level. The hot was a good level of spiciness but the Extra Hot definitely had a kick. I have a pretty high spice tolerance but the Extra Hot did have me sweating a bit . Overall, I enjoyed my visit with it being my first time trying it. I would go again.

She walked us through the menu and gave some recommendations. We had the Chef Joey Cabernet which was delicious. Next we ordered the charcuterie plate with the two procuittos (cooked and cured), truffle pecorino, and smoked Gouda. The boards were HUGE! I wish I had taken a pic. My husband and uncle both got the steak which looked delicious. My aunt got the lasagna and said it was really good. I built my own with the parm cream sauce and chicken parm meatballs- Avary said that was almost exactly her order and it was truly delicious. The portions were generous so we all had leftovers to bring home. Last was the cannoli experience which was so yummy and fun. It came with 6 mini cannolis in the order and plenty of fillings and garnishes to go around. Overall it was a delicious dinner and wonderful experience. I'd love to sit on the patio next time as it looked like the perfect setting for a girls dinner or happy hour. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Ethan was our server and we had lots of questions and he answered a lot of questions we had about the sauces and he answered them well. I had the tony's steak meatball with the Parmesan cream sauce and gnocchi and it was to DIE for. I also would like to try basil pesto or vodka sauce but the cream sauce was so insanely good with the pillowy gnocchi that I just don't think I could bear to not get it every time. I definitely would try the sausage meatballs, which my husband got and they were good. The steak meatballs were good but I really like steak-- I think it needs to be your thing. Overall, this has become my new need to go place in north Fort Worth when we are here. I'm going to be dreaming about this place.
