Well I'm out in Riverside and my side mirror is already messed up from a car wash that took it off. They have yet to fix it. So I went on Yelp for auto help. And found Champion Auto! I spoke to Daniel, and even though he is super, super busy, he took a few minutes to help me at least help me put my side mirror back on so I don't have to drive without one. It's scary enough driving! But without the side mirror, horrific! He's a really nice dude and helped me get back on the fwy without having anymore stress from a messed up mirror! He's awesome! I found this place on Yelp and was not disappointed! Daniel and his wife are both very friendly and professional. Both times I've been there, Daniel found and fixed the problem quickly, and never tried to upsell me on anything I didn't need. The waiting room has cozy couches and chairs, and a TV. I found Champion through Yelp. The good reviews were legit, Daniel answered all my questions and gave me a quote lower than any other place. I had banged up the bottom of my Prius and needed the shocks and struts replaced. He called me with updates and kept me feeling very informed through the whole process. I was told by another mechanic that I needed a new radiator along with new front brakes. I contacted Champion Auto Service along with several other places for a second opinion and a pricing quote. Champion had the best pricing and best reviews, so I chose them (quoted me about $150 less than other shops for both radiator and brakes). Daniel was also very kind over the phone compared to some people at other shops who sounded impatient and demeaning. I made an appointment and was pleasantly surprised to find out that I did not need a new radiator. In fact, the cap to the coolant was defective, which is what was causing it to leak. This was a $10 part, versus the $360 or so that I would have spent on a new radiator at a different shop. Daniel was happy to show me exactly how the part was defective and also explained to me how brakes and rotors work, and the specifications on them. I noticed that he did this with all of his customers who were in the waiting room with me, ensuring that we all understood exactly we were paying them to do. I did get new brakes, and paid about $20 less than I was quoted by other shops. His service was greatly appreciated and restored my faith that honest mechanics do exist! :) Thank you, Daniel and crew!!! read more

The first time I take my van for the oil change , It took less then 30 mins waiting. I have been a repeat customer ,I had two vans and a car for serviced spent thousands of dollars ,gave Daniel great business.He did great jobs from brake,shock,oil change ,radiator ,timing belt,gasket,tension, water pump, valves adjust, and many others. then, recently I took my van for the oil change, Daniel told me to wait 3 to 3 and half hour or come back in 3 hour. this is what I get for a regular costumers,I was disappointed I never return again. Recently took my 2000 Toyota Corolla in, in a desperate attempt to get it to pass smog! Daniel was super helpful, honest, and reasonably priced. He diagnosed the suspected problem(s) and was very clear that he didn't want to just throw parts at the problem, which would be expensive and may or may not fix our problem. When replacing the fuel pump he cleaned our fuel injectors and discovered all were cracked! He was very helpful in getting us the parts we needed at a very reasonable price. replaced both front control arms and the driverside halfshaft for a more than reasonable price. got it done the same day and also did some extra work to get a new sway bar on the car. the sway bar was actually the wrong one so he messed with the stock one to get it to fit free of charge. also adjusted my alignment enough for me to get to an allignment shop without shredding my tires. i will be coming back here forsure. I was pleasantly surprised when I found this shop. I needed to get my husbands jeep an oil change. They took care of me and were very kind and honest. They let me know that it would take time due to other cars ahead of me and I'm grateful they let me know ahead of time and they finished my car on time as promised. I was also surprised that they didn't over price me as most shops due because I am a female . The lady took time to explain the difference in price and what type of oil I need, she was knowledgeable which made me trust her and feel comfortable. They really care about ever customer and I pray God continues to bless them for years to come.
