I don't review much, but this store deserves it. The guys that work there are super helpful and friendly (I was in there twice, but didn't get names). I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and asked what my project was both times. I got full lessons in how to clay and polish my car, including the best products to use and why. I generally don't like shopping in person, but the employees make me want to go in. Because of this great service, I've decided to get everything I need to do my own car washing and paint care at home. What a good experience it had been shopping there. I really hope the boss reads these reviews. The staff is excellent and deserve raises or at least a bonus from time to time. Called in to ask if they're willing to wait literally no more than 3 minutes after closing for me to purchase 2 items, they tell me they can't, I'd have to be there before 6. Understandable. I manage to rush there in time to check the door at 5:58, 2 minutes before closing, and everything is locked up already. I ended up walking away empty handed while their employees just stare at me. I get that they want to go home but I already knew exactly what I was getting and I technically got there before closing. They also knew I was on my way because I told them so over the phone. This was my only chance to drive out here and they made me waste my time. Now I'm going to just buy a competitors products because they didn't want my money. read more

I come here to buy some what often when I need something. They have a good selection of things. What i don't like is ; The workers are very pushy and ask every 5 seconds if you need help. Even after telling them I was just looking or that i know what I'm looking for. They follow you around like you have money falling out of your pockets. It's very annoying. I also don't like when one worker recommends something and then when you come back and they try to sell you something else and you say what I bought before wasn't correct. The staff is absolutely fantastic. I was looking into buying some ceramic coating for my 2019 Dodge Charger R/T. They were very knowledgeable on the subject and even sat down with me to show me how this stuff works on a used car hood. They were very honest too about the hype for it but nonetheless, the product worked great. Even after the rain in Fontana, my car was remained squeaky clean on the paint. The staff here is very knowledgeable.. as a rookie in the detailing department I came here for great product and for some tips. I only work on my own cars but learned quite a bit and bought me some what of a starter kit. They have great events and workshops for people to learn and improve their detail skills. The have a meet on the first Saturday of the month where people hang out and even give free donuts and coffee, but the coolest thing is they raffle the great products they sell.
