That evening the phone begin to freeze up. It still functioned, I received calls and texts but the screen was frozen. The next day I returned to Kwik and they said that they again replaced the LED screen with another one. The problem did not go away. I would need to re-boot the phone at least 1-2 times per hour to use. Apple said that basically, Kwik ruined the phone. I had no choice to buy a new iPhone for $1100.00. Do not use this service for any repair on a phone unless you want one that is totally useless. I feel they totally ripped off a customer not only by charging $200+ for bogus repairs and then ruining a perfectly good, operable phone.

Last week the front of the phone fell off because I guess the glue got old in 3-months, and I saw the reason the camera didn't work. There was a bunch of dust on the camera lens. I cleaned the camera lens, then took the phone to be re-glued at a different repair place. My camera now works on that phone. CommCentral was trying to scam me out of $15 on each phone, when all they would've done is wiped away dust --and how did it get dusty? I don't like dealing with shady people, so I'd never let them touch any of my phones again.

On April 30th 2026, I reached out to Mobile repair labs and everything seemed fine, he asked for my…read morephone type and color and ordered everything that same day and I paid $209 that same day, he informed me that the parts will come the following day and he'll come and fix my phone. He shows up at 9pm on the 3rd of May and fixes my phone in 20 minutes tops. He hands the phone back and it appears to be good but then I immediately got a "not a genuine Apple component" message and he says it'll go away after three days. I paid the remainder of the bill 104.91 and thought everything was good. Immediately after he left I noticed my screen wasn't the same in the dark. I can see the back light and every time I tapped it was like pressing on a flat screen tv. My camera wasn't picking up in the dark like it was before, my phone would dim randomly even though my brightness was at a fixed position it was over heating. This Man replaced my genuine oled apple screen for a cheap $40 lcd screen and charged me $300 dollars for it. I reached out immediately and told him what was going on he said he'd order the parts and they'd be here on Tuesday the 5th, I reached out and asked for an update he said fedex messed up the timing of delivery and it'll be here on Wednesday the 6th(still in may). I reached out again on Wednesday from a different phone number I immediately got a response for a quote because he thought he had a new victim. I told him who I was and asked for an update only to be ghosted. Please do not go to this person if you care about genuine parts and service. He explained that if the repair person is not very familiar with the phone, they can mistakenly break these two components.
