He was, without question, the best server we've ever had at any of their locations. Matt was attentive, personable, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was excellent, the drinks were great, and his outstanding service elevated the entire evening. Exceptional service can make a good meal unforgettable, and that's exactly what Matt did. We learned that Matt will be traveling to new locations, and we'll definitely be keeping an eye out for him. He's a tremendous asset to the restaurant, and we hope our paths cross again soon!

After the Stanley Cup ended and the World Cup second half started -- a tournament our country is hosting -- I asked to switch the sound to the soccer match. Tom refused because he doesn't like soccer and put on random background music instead. Complete disrespect to paying customers and to the country that's hosting the World Cup. People like Tom ruin the reputation of the place. I'll be back with my big, very polite friends from Colombia, Turkey, and Croatia when their teams play. Let's see how Tom reacts then.
