Patriot Moving & Storage was sent to us by the consignment store that we were placing furniture with for resale. Ironically the day they arrived, we were informed by another moving company that we contracted to do a long distance move with the remainder of the furniture that they were canceling us. This was on Friday before Labor Day with the move scheduled for Tuesday. Seth and Khalil were amazing. They were professional. They knew what they were doing, they took great care in the handling and wrapping our furniture. They were efficient and pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend this company and this team. We hired them on the spot to return two days later to pack the remainder of our furniture, which would be placed in a pod to be sent up north. They saved the day! This move could have been an utter disaster. The fact that Patriot was able to pick up the ball when the other company cancelled us was a blessing. We did not lose any timing thanks to, Seth and Khalil! Highly recommend, and would hire them again in an instant. Selvin and Israel were PROFESSIONALS. They made my move this morning (in the beginnings of a hurricane) so quick and painless. Each of my furniture pieces were soundly wrapped up to protect from the move (and the weather). They were soundly wrapped pleasant as they moved about and even greeted the cats as they moved through the house putting everything exactly where I needed it. Thanks guys for all you did! A small deposit by Zelle reserved my spot, and three days later I am all moved into my new home. The job was significantly underestimated and required twice as many days to complete the move, because they used trucks that were too small. And because the job took extra days they wanted to charge me for the additional time, which I refused. In addition, many items were damaged, and my letter regarding the damages has never been answered. Also, each moving box was clearly marked with the destination room, but those instructions were mostly ignored. All in all, this job was unprofessional and very disappointing. read more

This company made it easy for me to use a consignment shop by picking up my furniture. Blake and Selvin worked for Patriot Moving and Storage and were the happiest moving men have ever met - most polite and courteous. They efficiently packed up my furniture and removed it to their truck without any problem or complaint. I could tell they were adept at moving becaue to watch them was like watching a ballet. PATRIOT MOVERS MADE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES TO MY CREDIT CARD!!! I am beyond upset about what happened at the end of my move. Quick small move took less than 2 hours. They said it was $125 per hour so it should have been $250 but rang up 3 hours $375. They claimed they were charging an extra hour for travel time to drop off the truck. We used these movers last year and There was never a 'drop off truck' fee. It was also never mentioned when I booked them and went over the prices. I called the office and explained, he apologized and said he would take care of it. The next day I looked at my credit card statement and see they took it upon themselves to up the charge even more to $390! They made UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES TO MY CREDIT CARD! read more

We are from out of state and had to clear out a 1 bedroom apartment in a COVID restrictive senior living center in Juno Beach. We chose to ship via UPack Cubes to 2 different locations. Once we arrived in town, we determined that job required professional packing. We had limited time and didn't know where to go. We found Patriot and they solved all of our problems. Douglas from Patriot personally visited the apartment and assessed the situation. His crews were booked, but he sensed our stress and made special arrangements to send a crew to pack the cubes next day. He knows what he is doing! The crew showed up (Antonio and Eric) on time if not a bit early, which was great. All I can say is PROFESSIONAL EXPERTS! They perform what we thought was impossible in record time! I had arranged with Doug( the owner) to deliver several purchased items to my home in Boynton Beach from a proprietor of a furniture store in Boca Raton who does not provide delivery herself. She recommends PATRIOT MOVING & STORAGE and I found out why. They are extremely reliable, exceptionally careful, and are eager to comply with purchaser's convenience. The rates charged are very fair. Doug's philosophy is " the customer is right" and he will work with you to provide complete customer satisfaction. Again...BE ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that the moving company you research is PATRIOT MOVING & STORAGE. Others, with the name Patriot, have received dreadful reviews. I cannot say enough bad things about this company. Do NOT use this moving company. It would take a book for me to write all of the bad about this moving experience. My price went from under $1400 for my move to over $2000 when it was done. I was told the price quoted originally was for door to door move. Ended up charging me over $300 extra to "shuttle" it from Denver to my house an hour away. Lies, lies, lies. Lie after lie after lie from them. Filthy trucks, some of my items were damaged and dirty, legs missing from furniture, boxes labeled fragile and glass were crushed. I cant begin to write all the bad experiences with this company. We are ex-military and have moved dozens of times and this was the worst move EVER. i am reporting this company and the moving company who delivered and picked up my stuff to the IRS, the BBB and the DOT. Too many cash payments made by me which seems fishy to me. My advice from my years of experience moving is to go with the PODS. You order the size you want, they bring it to you, you pack it, they deliver it to you new home. NO hidden or extra charges. You pay one price, the price quoted and your stuff is clean and never damaged. I am reporting this company and their moving company partner who delivered and picked up my belongings to the IRS, the BBB and the DOT. Two cash payments were required which seems fishy to me.
