Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - New Honey Lemon Pepper Wings

We were told that if we would wait 15 minutes, we could have fried chicken thigh and a leg instead of a thigh and a wing. 30 minutes later, we got our chicken, a thigh and a wing on one order. The other person did get a thigh and a leg. The chicken is good. That's probably the last nice thing. I'll have to say about this place. It was well after the lunch hour and the place was absolutely filthy. There was no one there dining inside, besides our party. The floor was littered with paper around the drink machine. There was ice and water on the floor. The tables hadn't been cleaned. You are offered a fork for your meal, but no knife to spread butter, jam, nor honey on your biscuit. It was almost impossible to get napkins from the dispenser. I finally reached up inside and I was able to pull a wad. Nobody bothered to take care of it. When we finished our meal and went to leave, both garbage cans were full. While we were there, we saw several at employees. However there was absolutely no maintenance work going on. Clearing & cleaning tables, scooting up the Chairs, cleaning the floor, wiping down the drink area. I will try the other Popeyes in our area and hope for a store that is better managed than the one is in Kennewick. The red beans and rice is good. The slaw is OK but if they had packets of vinegar, it could be better. If you want to try Popeyes do so in Kennewick at your own risk.

I sat there in shock because I couldn't believe how unprofessional and disrespectful they were. I left empty-handed, embarrassed, and honestly furious that a paying customer could be treated with such hostility. No one deserves that kind of treatment, and I will never be coming back to this Popeyes.

So I bought one at the store. Then I went back that next Monday and I got the same sub and a pickle got in the car started eating it and the pickle was just skin and the sub hardly had any meat. For the price u pay there it should have more than enough meat. Very disappointed. But they are my favorite so I will be going back This is now 5-19 went back to the same location and ordered a med sub it was 20 bucks with chips and drink. And this is not the first time they hand me my food and sawe are out of pickles. When I ordered she said we have pickles but we have to open the bucket. But the person who had my food said they were out. If I would have known that I wouldn't have ordered a sub. I love their pickles so I was so upset. I just need to stop going!

I attempted to cancel in store and they couldn't assist. They called a manager who told them to just have me call customer support. Customer support number isn't a working number. I contacted the support via email who told me that the store would need to cancel the order. Overall I wasted $20 and never got help in time. I wouldn't spend my money here again after that. It's just a terrible loophole should you need any kind of support

This was a great meal. From the food, service, and ambiance, I am glad we went…read more The service was probably the best part, very tentative, friendly, made recommendations for not only our dinner but while we were in town. We both ordered meat, because it's what's for dinner! The pork chop and the New York specifically. With the blistered beans and wood stone potatoes. All seasoned very well and delicious. For startes, we ended up ordering the Pork Rulette, which was excellent. They even brought us more bread to enjoy it with. I think the biggest downside is the price, but we were finding everything in Walla Walla to be expensive. When in wine country, pay wine prices. I'd have preferred beer prices. Ensure you make reservations, the person that recommended the place mentioned it and we would agree. While it was almost empty when we arrive, it was full by the time we left with a wait.

We had the best time at Salted Mill last night!…read more Service with Natasha was awesome - I secretly want to me friends with her. She took care of party of 6 that ranged in ages from 44-86 with lots of laughter and fun. Every single thing we had was phenomenal - from the cocktails to starters to entrees and dessert, I was a fan of every bite. Starters: Salted Fries: perfectly crispy and seasoned with the best homemade fry sauce Ahi Wontons: great fish quality, crispy wontons and awesome sauce Mains: Three of us ordered the rotating steak and with three different cooking preferences, they nailed all three. Two of us got the Gochujang Glazed Tofu and it was delicious. The two sauces that came with could be added to make it to your liking. Our friend is vegan and they were able to customize it with no issue. Ahi Tuna: perfectly seared and delicious. Desserts: Zucchini Cake was a healthy portion and well-balanced. The star of dessert was the salted butterscotch ice cream. In a collab with Pine Cone Creamery, I couldn't stop eating it. The restaurant is gorgeous, still preserving some of the old pieces of it while modernizing it. Eating in the wine barrels or the private spaces looked special as well. What a treat, can't wait to come back when we are in town again!
