Ordered med rare but figured it be more rare then this. Just medium happy with this. (Btw this was a takeout order)

Wish my med rare steak was more rare than medium. But alas it was a online take out order so there wasn't much choice I have to eat it

Came here for a midweek date night and it was pretty busy even right when they opened. We got our seats without too long of a wait. The server was really nice and attentive. For food we ordered the sirloin+grilled shrimp and sirloin+ribs. The best part of the meal was the shrimp. The sirloin was alright, but too dry. Finally the ribs were mediocre, and did not meet my expectations - they tasted as if they were microwaved.

Not pet friendly as website states. Only service animals. Glad we called ahead of time.

First time visit as we were craving some Brazilian BBQ in tri cities area…read more As a fan of Fogo de Chao in big cities all over, I was hoping for similar experience. Food quality was at par with my expectation and truly enjoyed the full dining experience. If there was one thing that separates this place from other similar places is that it's not as hectic and busy so we actually had more variety of meat cuts more frequently. Our chef Kali was amazing along with her staff and gave us extra attention you'd never get from a large chain place.

We usually order the full meal and try different meats during our meal. I really enjoy the grilled pineapple that is served during the protein service. Some cuts of meat are superior to others and some have seasoning that I enjoy and others - not so much. But that is what is great about this restaurant, you can just say no to the meats that you don't want or cannot eat and get a double serving of what you do like. The beef rib (I believe it is a boneless short rib) is divine. The service is spectacular. The two servers who were working our table, Omar and Callie, were very friendly and informative. They both ensured that we had a nice experience for my birthday. I also heard occasional laughter from the kitchen which was nice. Happy people who are enjoying themselves makes for the best teamwork. We'll continue to go back when we want a treat.

Always seems a tad darker than necessary, rather dated and overdue for a renovation. The Richland locations have a warmer vibe. The music playing didn't earn any kudos for a couple reasons. First, it was just at the edge of loud enough to be distracting. Second, the playlist seemed more appropriate for a much younger audience than the overwhelming majority of the clientele in the house at the time. Ambience, all in? - 3 stars. The food? She had the one-trip salad bar and said it was pretty good but nothing especially noteworthy. She said - 4 stars. Mine, meh, predictable, ok, but unremarkable bordering on forgettable. Some things were a tad salt heavy, others were seemingly unseasoned altogether. Mine - 3 stars. I opted for a baked potato. It came out seemingly over-baked because the flesh had to be carved away from the inside of the skin. It wasn't that carb-lovers baked spud, which was disappointing. When I told the manager of the great service we had received, he said he was glad to hear that. Then, I mentioned the potato and how it had come out, but instead of any acceptance, he got defensive about how "that's the way we make them here" or something to that effect, and basically dismissed my comment. Attitude? Yeah, not so much. - 2.5 stars. All in, we both felt like we should have driven the extra 15 minutes and gone to either Richland location. My bad. That's on me. - ZERO stars for my poor decision. Lesson learned. - All in - a 3 star average.
