Since I've never personally gotten any chicken from this gas station / convenience store that host this delicious chicken I can't speak of the service but I was told that the staff here managing the food are extremely friendly and work hard to accommodate their customers. The chicken is advertised as "Cajun Style" although very flavorful it is relatively mild and I wouldn't think anyone will challenge the level of spice. As the name says it's Krispy and Crunchy and very fresh and tender, I was told they don't prepare a large volume ahead of time and set the chicken under heat lamps for an extended amount of time so depending on when you show up you may have a short wait to ensure you are served fried chicken that is hot and moist. Besides the chicken we also got a side of potato wedges and the honey biscuits, absolutely no complaints from any of us that participated in this work place lunch - I love finding new food options so I definitely plan to visit this location in the future...

I just happened to be near here and hungry, so when I saw that there were only three people in line, in I went. Everyone ordered quickly, so I was sitting down with my table number, before I knew it! I think I waited about ten minutes, before my food was sitting in front of me. My thin, hot ranch fries begging for ketchup, flanked a tall chicken sandwich that could only be eaten using a napkin wrap! Wow, what a first bite!! Crunchy, hot and delicious! Just as I am getting into the bulk of my lunch, about 20 people ramped into the place! Boy was I happy I got here when I did! Seeing how busy it is here from outside, with the large windows, is a plus! Get napkins and ketchup, before you sit down. They are on a caddy that is hard to miss. Great lunch place, lots of different places to sit, either inside or outside, and worth the trip, wherever you live!

We walked in, checked out the menu and placed our orders after asking the woman behind the counter a couple of questions. My wife ordered their K.F.C. (Korean Fried Chicken) and I ordered the Angry Bird after asking about the spiciness level. The woman told me it's spicy but added that if you like spicy food then it's manageable. We also ordered Diet Coke (no Coke Zero) in a bottle and a La Croix drink in a can. No soda machine here. We were given a number to place on our table and waited for our meals...and waited...and waited some more. I think it must've been like 10-15 minutes before we were served our meals and we got there before the heavy lunch rush! We shrugged it off thinking, ooh, it's fresh out of the fryer and the chicken and fries will be piping hot. Nope! Our meals were warm but not hot. My wife liked the flavor of her KFC but didn't think Korean flavors really shined through. Having lived in Korea for a couple of years, I think she might have a good grip on Korean flavors. My angry bird was indeed angry! The spiciness level seemed like it was 7 or 8 out of 10. It was so spicy to me (and I love spicy food) that it had me sweating, with beads of sweat flowing down from my gleaming head. The spice level took away from the flavors. We really wanted to like this place but our experience made us think this might be a "one and done" thing for us. Lunch for 2 came out to just over $43 with tip.

The flavor was just ok. The fries were good and great flavor. The coleslaw and great flavor. Everything was super clean. The staff were very friendly. * The negatives in our opinion; they called out the orders over the intercom system VERY loud!!! One of the girls would yell the person's order over the intercom. Everyone around us would hold their ears. When the guy would call out the order it was fine. We sat outside in the patio area. There were teenage kids at the table next to us that was being sooo loud and yelling back and forth and would even throw things and each other. After about 10 minutes when we sat down to eat thank goodness they left!!!! In our opinion (my wife and I) we felt Cane's was OK. Don't think it's the best chicken in town but definitely not the worst. We will definitely be back some time.

For a fast casual dining restaurant, off the bat, the exterior of this location is very inviting with its contemporary style. The aesthetics of this location continues inside with it's decor and the various seating arrangements which include the standard height, booths and bar height tables. As for the food, I appreciate that there's not a crazy amount of options. It's mainly Chicken Fingers, Crinkle-Cut Fries, Texas Toast, Coleslaw and their Cane's sauce. Their drink options include: fountain dinks, iced tea, and lemonade. We learned that the lemonade is made in-house and freshly squeezed each day, which was actually pretty delicious. We got The Box combo so we could try a little of everything. The toast was nicely buttered and toasty. The chicken fingers and coleslaw were just average tasting. The chicken was fried well and juicy on the inside but it felt like it lacked a bit of flavor. It wasn't bland but I guess if you dipped in into the sauce, it's their saving grace. The Cane's Sauce is really good, by the way. The coleslaw tasted as I expected so nothing really stood out to me. There are 2 family restrooms with changing tables. It was nice, clean and well stocked with paper products. High chairs are available outside the restrooms. And the service we received was great!

Entering, the place is nice... simple counter service location with seating both inside and out, though the outside seating is pretty close to Archer Road, so not that great. Too much noise from the road to really be enjoyable, sadly. I went for a slider with fries... just wanted to get a taste and not eat too much. The heat level was fair, and for the most part the sandwich was tasty. The fries were also good crinkle cuts. The only complaint I have was that the sandwich could have used some more coleslaw. This is a small national chain, so I do expect quality and customer service to be on par with the rest of the chains, and that is what I got. The product is fair, but nothing really excellent about it. I know of locally owned places that I would rather go to, but I suppose that if I were running around on Archer road and had a hankering for a hot chicken sandwich like this I would be inclined to return.

When arriving at the restaurant, we were told that the food wasnt ready and that the message we got was automated. We waited for 45 mins. At one point, the manager stopped to ask what the names were, we told him, he went to the kitchen to find an eta, but returned to say they were working on it. 20 mins later, the when asked the waitress huffed and said the only 2 she had ready were for someone else, but was the orderwe were waiting on. So, the two food orders sat for 45 mins and no one verified the names of the two individuals waiting. Unfortunately, it didnt stop there. When we got food home the burger that was supposed to be medium well was barely cooked, cold in the middle, falling apart and the bun was soggy. In the end a 18$ meal went in the trash because it looked like bacteria sandwich. On top of that, we were missing an item. Over all, a 75$ meal was a waste. Disappointed doesnt begin to cover how gross this experience was.
