Great food and great staff. I eat here at least once a week and they've never disappointed! Definitely recommend.

Good food if you stick to menu. Clearly have a lot of issues. They have a sign posted, "No complicated orders!" Seriously???

The xiao long bao (soup dumplings) are so good; but so was everything else. Prices are moderate, but well worth every penny. The setting is great, feels Asian but is quite comfortable for most Americans. The service was the only area that wasn't great. I'm giving them a pass because of the time of day we visited. The team was friendly and ready to help but had to be waved down when we needed things. Bottom line... we will return when we're in the area again!

We waited 15 more minutes (20 minutes from being seated) and we flagged down a server to take our order. Another party got tired of waiting and just left. The restaurant was only 30% full so there was no excuse for this. However the food came out in about 12 minutes after ordering which is not bad. The food was delicious! We got the house knife cut noodles, pan fried Peking duck buns, and the bok choy with garlic. Everything was excellent. The noodles were so tasty with the beef being the best. The boiled egg is a little odd but it was still good. The Peking duck buns were so good! I am convinced that the only reason this place is still in business is because the food is so good that it offsets the terrible service If you have a lot of time and don't mind waiting for your food. I definitely recommend trying this place. Other people had better luck with the service but I saw at least one other person say that the service was bad. The food is 5 star but the service is 2 star so I gave it a 4 overall.

They are trying to transition to the new one, but the new one does not list the ingredients on any roll. It just has the names of each roll so it's a guessing game. We finally ended up ordering a sushi boat, once it was served to us, the rolls were a mess. They weren't sticking together, but whatever we ate one. The fish was not fresh. We spoke to the server and explained the situation. We asked to pay for the drinks and app and returned the sushi boat. The entire time we were there, nobody walked in. The staff is not familiar with their own menu either. It's just a hot mess.

I think this place could be a little better equipped to handle large parties though - they didn't have enough menus for both tables at the same time, so we were sharing a lot. This place is nice on the inside, it's clean and has good lighting. The music selection is really strange though, it's like slow covers of pop songs with the occasional Christmas carol thrown in. For food, most of us got either a bento or the lunch sushi special. When it came out, the team seemed to have no clue who had what and was just giving us salads and soups and asking who they were for Everything tasted really good, but the salads had a rather aggressive pool of dressing at the bottom of the bowl. I loved my kamikaza roll and spicy tuna roll. At the end of the day, we had a great time here for lunch, and I'll definitely be going back although hopefully with a much smaller group.

The food did come out quick however, and funny enough, the appetizer came out last. Skip out on the chicken and garlic appetizer for sure. Our table didn't like it so we sent it back. I'd say get the lomein noodles with spice because that was definitely the best thing we had there. In terms of the protein, the beef was good but had some mint pieces in there that were completely off putting. The shrimp was a bit too sweet and the chicken green peppers (not photographed) were decent as well.

One entree works for about 2-3 people. I tried 3 dishes. My only feedback is the Dan Dan Noodles were not close to what I expected. This is my go-dish at Sichuan restaurants and these didn't have the flavor or texture. To make mine taste more flavorful I relied on adding some sauce from my fish entree to this. I'll come back as this place has such tasty food. The seating is good too and it's a good location!

We choose to sit at the bar as it's open seating. my husband wanted the five spice chicken wings, and we were disappointed to learn that they've been taken off the menu. This is such a huge disappointment because that five spice dry rub was amazing. We ended up talking to the bartender and she said that they could do the lil sum sum (kids menu) wings naked and put the spice on the side. My husband chose to go that route (two order as there are only 3 wings an order) but thankfully, they actually tossed the wings in the spice, which was perfect. But we really do wish that they would bring back the actual full order of the five spice chicken wings as that was his go to when we went there and because that's not on the menu it may decrease the amount of time we go back now because he doesn't really care for a lot of the other menu items. I got the five spice green beans, which is one of my favorite items on the menu. I was surprised to hear that they had taken it off the menu for a while and that they had just brought it back. so glad that they did because that was the whole reason we had traveled out there and had they not been on the menu. There's a good chance we probably would've found somewhere else. I also had the Po Po Lau curry because it is another one of my favorite dishes.

The drink was good with some spices, but instead of a craft ice, they just used regular crushed ice, making the drink a bit watered down. For my food, they sadly no longer had the duck noodles, so I tried the CKT noodles (15 dollars) instead. They mentioned it would have a smokey flavor from the wok preparation, which I enjoyed. However, the noodles were quite chewy. The meats included shrimp, pork sausage, and chicken. The chicken and shrimp were enjoyable, but the sausage could have used a bit of a punch. I was able to get some sambal for heat, but it lacked flavor and it was a bit gritty too. At least there was an ample amount such that I could take some home for the next day. My server was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was the same. I did enjoy the audible music and crowd, making the vibe nice. I would definitely come back if the bring the duck noodles again, and maybe try another drink next time too. Overall: B-

After entering inside, we were seated quickly and got our waters. The interior is quite cozy and super clean. We browsed the menu and started off with egg drop soup and then ordered the Thai basil fried rice, Szechwan chicken and Kung pao chicken. The egg drop soup was pretty good but wish it was more heated up. The Thai basil fried rice was really good and loved the amount of chicken it came with. It was super flavorful and not too greasy which was nice. The Kung pao chicken was also really good and came with tons of chicken which was a nice touch. The Szechwan chicken was alright but loved that it came with so many veggies. It appears that this is a family run business and everyone was super nice and loved that the owner checked in on us multiple times. I highly recommend this spot if you're in the area and looking for a Chinese takeout spot!
