Do better. Your community deserves it. Of what I was presented in my recent visits you are very likely operating with health code violations. It's a regular burger. You are a fast-food burger joint. How do you time and time again do it so awful?? You're not even consistent with what the disappointment/issue is. Ordered a burger this evening. 845 pm, on a Friday. We were the only car in the drive-thru. No other vehicles in the parking lot. THE BURGER WAS MUSH. I have not ever seen such a sight. Was not even an inch thick as had been mutilated in a microwave. Every part of it, texture was mush. CHEESE MELTED TO NONEXISTANCE. LETTUCE TRANSLUCENT. And it had no flavor, unless moist-warmness is a flavor. It was moist, every ingredient, as the nuking cooked the tomato to be juice. Several weeks back, same single burger, but had requested extra lettuce. Was served a varying warm-hot-cold sandwich with a literal cube of compact lettuce heart. That being the only lettuce on the burger. Time before that there was so much sauce I could taste nothing but mayonnaise. Cold mayonnaise. There was no heat to the sandwich whatsoever. Pretty sure that is a health violation for a burger. I would have simply shared my experiences with the store manager via private message but their website does not make this an option. I highly recommend whoever is in charge of food quality and food safety for this DQ location do a deep dive reviewing customer feedback, as your isolated location is the only element keeping you in business -- part of the reason Why locals complain not of the crud you serve. An eating establishment is not sustainable with continued practices increasing the probability of a serious mishandled food incident occurring. Temperature, in storage and throughout prep to service, is incredibly important. You can't just nuke the nasty away. Please, insist on better quality be served.

I chose Ed's due to the positive yelp reviews. Unfortunately, we waited 45 minutes after ordering for our food to arrive. We literally sat and watched other tables sit, order, eat, and leave before receiving our food. There seemed to be only one server, one cook, and one dishwasher. The long wait wasn't even acknowledged by the waitress. Our kids were obviously restless and hungry. Pretty lousy service and the food was just ok.
