We ordered three sandwiches. We ordered a turkey and had pepperoni added to it. No pepperoni. The other two sandwiches were an Italian and a roast beef. We asked for mites sauce. This is the second time she has put so much vinegar and so much oil on it that there literally is not a bottom piece of bread. It is dough I called asked to speak to the manager. He said there were two guys in charge. Didn't give his name. I explained him what happened and said that the girl needs to be trained to make a proper sandwich. He said have a nice day and you hung up on me. I am complaining they need to have someone in there that is in charge but quality control. There is none at this store. The front lobby had napkins, straw papers all over the floor. The food was horrific. My three piece all white dinner was obviously left over from the previous day,,, dry as a desert. my wife's meal was luke warm. French fries were cold and greasy . She didn't even eat them.This was the worst eating experience of my life. No one took a ounce of pride in their work or restaurant. This place would have been shut down if health inspectors had had been present.
