I typically come on Sundays or Monday's. It's not packed on those days. I start with deluxe pedi and add paraffin to it. The paraffin is $10 extra with deluxe pedicure. The pedicure water is actually hot throughout pedicure until end. So I don't have to ask to make the water hot. I get my gel overlay soaked off my hands while I'm doing my pedicure. So by the time it's done the gel is off my real nails. Then I get my real nails done with a gel overlay to protect my nails. It looks so much better that way. And you don't have to worry about polish chipping or your real nail breaking. I will continue to come here for now. Once I decide who going to be my favorite nail tech here I will let you all know. My daughter comes and some of my friends are now coming as well. So them pic of what you want and they do the rest. I love how it actually looks like pic. The style and color.

I was visiting from out of town and had limited time in the area so I appreciated them accommodating me on short notice. The technician who started my service was very kind, but she mentioned a few times that she wasn't feeling well. Out of concern, I told her she could skip the polish and stop early. Later, I regretted that decision and called back to see if I could return to have the polish applied. The receptionist was not particularly friendly, but eventually agreed I could come back the next day, Sunday. When I returned, the overall vibe was a bit off. The receptionist and the new technician seemed cold, and it felt like there may have been some internal discussion about the situation. Nonetheless, the service was completed. Unfortunately, by today, Monday (7/14), the polish on one of my toenails has already chipped, which is frustrating so soon after the appointment. When I used to live in Miami Lakes and when I come to visit, I typically go to the other location by Veterans Park and see Magalys, and I've always had great experiences with her. They were unfortunately booked for the rest of the weekend. While I've had consistently positive experiences at their other location, this visit was disappointing by comparison.

You can immediately tell when someone takes pride in their craft, and Nataly absolutely does. What impressed me even more was the care she extended to my daughter. She was incredibly attentive, warm, and made her feel completely comfortable and special throughout the experience. Nail Salon Review…read more Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I'm honestly sitting here crying because I have never received service this bad in my 36 years of life. First, during my pedicure, the water was initially cold. The technician emptied it, refilled it, and told me it was hot. It was extremely hot--so hot that I now have blisters forming on both of my feet. This was completely unacceptable and extremely concerning. Second, once my pedicure was finished, I noticed she had not applied a top/gloss coat. Third, I specifically asked for black chrome nails. The technician told me she did not want to seal the chrome because "that's not how she does nails." I spoke with the manager, and only then did she buff my nails and completely start them over. Finally, I looked at my finished nails and was shocked. My two hands are completely different colors. One hand is solid black, while my right hand is silver chrome with a black base. This is NOT what I asked for, and the finished result looks completely inconsistent. The technician's name was Cynthia. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this nail technician based on my experience today. I came in expecting a simple, relaxing nail appointment and left extremely upset, disappointed, and with painful feet that are now blistering. This was, without a doubt, the worst nail service I have ever experienced.
