Disregard any previous reviews because today was the first day of the salon under new management. The location was completely redone and most importantly, very clean! It has a fresh, modern and relaxing atmosphere. I have done my nails with all the nail techs: Ivonne, Yeni, and Bea. They are so meticulous and pay attention to detail, and they get ALL the cuticle. On a hot Florida day, they immediately offered us cold bottles of water (which earned major bonus points!) and even got my daughter seated before her appointment. The salon was absolutely spotless--even the bathroom was immaculate, which, in my opinion, says a lot about how a business is run. Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and never made us feel rushed. My daughter brought in a photo of the nail design she wanted, and somehow they managed to make it look even better than the inspiration picture. The attention to detail was incredible, and her nails came out absolutely perfect. It's not often you leave thinking, "These are even better than what we asked for," but that's exactly what happened. The prices were more than fair, the quality of the work was exceptional, and the entire experience was one of the best we've had at any nail salon. That was a big A+ for me The owners were so nice and attentive. We felt really comfortable and cared for here. We were offered a variety of wine, which was lovely, and they also gave us bottled water. Each person that did our nails asked us consistently if we liked what they were doing and if it was OK. That's really special, you don't get that all the time. They did a great job on our pedis! At first I didn't like the polish I had chosen, they were more than happy to take it off and start over on the one foot. No attitude whatsoever, more than happy to be accommodating. She makes sure everything looks perfect and always asks if I like what she's doing and adjusts if you want to change anything. She is also very creative with designs. Sometimes I don't know what I want exactly and I describe the vibe I'm going for and she nails it with the design. The salon is cute and very clean, the pedicure chair is very comfortable, and everyone is very nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend!
