My son sees them for several chronic issues and they have always been available when we need them. Then today, we established care for our oldest daughter because of an earache. I reached out to HH at 6:30am, Jill responded almost instantly and got us scheduled for that afternoon. She thoroughly examined our daughter while patiently listening to all the stories she had to tell. Jill is wonderful and it's just so nice having her come to the house. I've also felt heard and respected by each of the doctors when I have a concern. We also love that they only accept vaccinated children. I didn't have to worry that my days-old baby would catch measles from some kid whose parents takes medical advice from a lawyer instead of a doctor. I appreciate that they protect the most vulnerable population, sick children. I've referred several friends here and will continue to sing its praises.

We checked with the front desk during the same visit that everything was correct with the pharmacy. We drove to the pharmacy twice but the prescription was still never sent. Now the office is closed, and the answer machine is saying it will cost $20 just to speak with the after-hours nurse about getting the medication our daughter needs. It's nearly impossible to get a check-up appointment in a timely manner--every time I've tried, the earliest available slot is at least two months out. For basic, routine care like a check-up, that's simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, this is the third year in a row they've scheduled a vaccine appointment for my children, only to later inform me that they don't even have the vaccine in stock. This year, they confirmed the appointment just the day before, and I even took time off work to make sure I could get there. I showed up, only to be told once again that they didn't have the vaccine and I had wasted my time. The lack of communication and professionalism is absolutely frustrating.

Really liked getting to know dr Pendleton by the time my son was born in 2013 i thought we would have had a closer relationship with the medical staff but soon after they started getting bigger and bigger and we haven't seen de Pendleton in years. I do love the other doctors and NPs there but it can be hard to see the same person every time which makes it hard to get comfortable. I would still recommend the place every single staff member has always been patient and caring and respectful. Cannot say I would change anything except the wait times and the phone doesn't get answered as quickly as it used too which makes it frustrating but it's not a real problem. I would definitely recommend. Also I saw one review saying that they forced vaccinations and that was never my experience.
