Her professionalism is unmatched, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make every client feel valued. From a thoughtful welcome gift to holiday surprises and even a heartfelt gift when I bought my new home, her kindness and generosity are truly remarkable. Every instructor is fantastic, creating a welcoming, supportive environment while delivering classes that are both challenging and incredibly effective. They offer a mix of well trained instructors who each adapt to the individual needs. Classes are small 3-6 usually. And classes are varied for a whole body and mind workout. For example with just the mat membership you get access not only to mat classes but also barre, psm (use of the trx bands), restorative yoga and mobility a unique and complimentary stretch & activation experience. The studio is clean and well laid out. The instructors and staff genuinely care for your progress and well being. I highly recommend becoming a part of the Precision Pilates fam.

Coaches and gym members were all so helpful and welcoming which helped to calm my nerves since this experience was like none other that I have tried. Within 9 months I have shed 10 pounds of fat (in the first 2 months) and gained it all back in muscle. These classes are extreme and intense, but I started at a pace that worked for me and built up endurance over time. Classes are waitlisted almost every day and challenging to be confirmed. Very hard to plan your week or know when you may get it if you do. This was a total subscription ploy. At the end of your 90 days, you are not spoken to, consulted or given an option if you wish to continue or change your package. I was automatically charged and contacted them the same day but was told I could not be refunded nor change the package to the less classes. Instead of allowing me to lower my package to the 4 classes a month they would rather lose a customer and keep your money. There are many other places in the area you can go to instead, like Pats Pilates, Bellport or Studio on Main. Go anywhere but here!
