Instead, we were met with vindictiveness and cruelty from the office manager that I wouldn't expect from even the coldest bureaucracy, let alone a mental health provider. We had to reschedule appointments because one of our children was critically ill. Not casually sick. Critically ill. While we were trying to keep our child alive, the office manager abruptly discharged them from care. When I respectfully voiced how devastating and heartless that decision was, she retaliated by discharging our other child too. A child who had nothing to do with the situation and still desperately needed support. That is not professionalism. That is personal cruelty hiding behind office policy. The child who was sick has since died. While our family was drowning in grief and crisis, this office tossed us aside like an inconvenience. There is no excuse for that. It was petty, deliberate, and beyond cold. We have found care elsewhere. Somewhere that treats families like people, not problems. If your child has complex needs or your family is navigating crisis, do not risk coming here. This place does not understand compassion. And worse, they do not seem to care.

Tricare is the target audience. It's all about the money, not the children! Don't trust them, It's a complete waste of time! My child paid the cost, don't let yours! Instead of assessing your child needs, they're questioning you about your child's needs, when they're supposed to the experts!

He's been on waitlist for over 2 years now in other places and the few that did not waitlist him, denied him because they needed my sister to redo his evaluation. They said his insurance wanted his doctor to use their tools over the one he used to diagnose my nephew. According to them, there is no difference between the tools but yet, they wanted us to get it done again. We just did his evaluation last year. Noone cared whether or not we could afford a new evaluation. This company did. They allowed my nephew to start his ABA even with the rejection. We needed help with my nephew's behaviors and these people helped us. Till now, they have not billed us for his treatment. We've met everyone assigned to my nephew be it his therapist, program manager, or BCBA. We meet his BCBA mostly online so I do not meet her in person as often but, when she is in their office, she sits with us to discuss his treatments. We meet with his therapist and program manager in person everyday.
