Pax seemed nice, and I gave him the money, but as soon as he went home I was left to deal with staff members who were not less than savage, as they kept my money. You are left sitting in dirty adult diapers for hrs causing rashes and bladder infections. There was no heat nor airconditioning and the place stunk. Also the food was always cold. Several times I asked for use of a phone which I never got. The staff would let sit in the hallway for hours while waiting for a push back to my room totally ignoring me.

You know when you just really need a break? You just need somebody to help you with something because if somebody doesn't help you, you don't know if you're capable of doing it? Eugene is great at communicating with me to find out exactly where the issues are (they tend to move and shift and change a bit week-to-week), and targeting them directly. Whether it be adjusting something new or maintaining the ongoing work, Eugene is on top of it. And although I've had some previous PT, the level of attentiveness that Margo shows when working on the actual exercise routine is beyond what I've had in the past. Margo makes the difficult stuff tolerable, she is solid in her knowledge of what needs to be accomplished, and she has always seemed like a champion of my progress. On top of all that, the office staff is super friendly and helpful, I can't even guess how many times Joanna has helped me with scheduling or billing or providing me with paperwork my insurance company requests. I was in true despair and was ready to throw it all away, everything I had worked so hard for, all of it, it was horrible. By chance we found this facility and it was exactly what I needed. I was ready and willing to do whatever it took to get myself back in order and La Ventana gave me the tools that are necessary to make that happen. The staff treated me like family and everyone on board is passionate about what they do. I was given the structure and encouragement I needed, they were patient with me and let me be myself.
