To help us beat the Florida heat, they thoughtfully brought us iced water right away without us even asking. We started with the cocktails: I ordered the 'Firefly' and my friend got the 'I'm Trini & I know it'--both were wonderfully light and refreshing. For appetizers, we went with the Foie Gras (GF) and the Scallops. Both were exceptionally succulent, delicious, and plated with the fine-dining presentation they deserved. Since our first round went so well, we ordered a second. My friend loved the Firefly so much they got another, while I tried the 'Meet me in Maui,' which I thoroughly enjoyed.
