When orders are brought out, the interactions consistently feel unenthusiastic and, at times, abrasive. Unfortunately, this hasn't been an isolated experience--it's been a pattern over multiple visits. I understand that customer service skills take time to develop, but consistent courtesy and professionalism are still important.
