I had one made there, but when I went to pick it up, I noticed it wasn't fitted to cover all of my upper teeth. When I asked about it, I was told it wasn't anything to worry about -- but after doing some research, I felt otherwise. I reached out to Dr. Kravitz the very next morning, and within five minutes, I received a response. Not only did he reassure me, but he generously offered to make me a new night guard free of charge and got me in the very next day. Very kind and friendly ladies :) even when they saw I had my 6 month old with me they offered to let me fill out paperwork later via their online option. It's not easy taking a baby to appointments like this but that consideration made it a lot easier. We were called back shortly after arriving and I was allowed to go back with my son while he had his photos and X-rays taken. Meeting Dr. Britto was fantastic. He actually did my partners braces. He had great bedside manner and really took his time to go over everything with us. One thing I really appreciated was that he took the time to mention that my son's baby teeth were taking a bit longer to come in which could change how we approached treatment. Overall the office was very clean, everyone we interacted with was great, and we have chosen this as the office we want my son to have his treatment at.

However, Not every time he did diffirect cleaning. I believe he did normal cleaning at least twice within 4 times cleaning per year. When I starting to question them, they never give me an answer about my insurance. The front desk person (son of the Dr. Claudio) who was in charge in all the insurance told me that: filling does not covered by my insurance, but it is wrong! My insurance covers part of it. I hope it was an simple mistake and the only thing I need is an answer. Why didn't I get my benefits? I am working with my insurance now and I noticed Dr. Claudio is an OUT NETWORK doctor. In this case, he has the duty to tell me, but why he reported my treatment to my insurance? Right now Chantilly Smile kicked me out! They haven't contact me for almost 2 months after a phone call which told they will check the doctor's schedule and call me back... And, I wrote a letter on their website but I could not send it out... am I blocked by someone? Everyone please: know about your own insurance and understand all your benefits! I wanted to get a second opinion on their recommended patient plan so I had them speak to a family friend who was also my hometown dentist. Dr. Tisseront was more than happy to take the time to call my friend after office hours and spend more than an hour explaining his recommendation. I have been wearing harmony braces (hidden behind your teeth) for three months now and everyone is amazed at how quickly my teeth have moved. I already have a beautiful smile! When all is said and done I will have spent upwards of 10K (they have a very reasonable payment plan) but I don't think I would trust anyone else with my teeth at this point and feel like this was a truly an investment well made.

It made what should have been a routine experience unnecessarily uncomfortable and stressful. On top of that, I was referred out for a root canal to an out-of-network specialist without that being clearly communicated to me. This ended up costing me significantly more than expected. Because of this referral, I quickly exhausted my insurance benefits and was left paying much higher out-of-pocket costs. To make matters worse, when I raised concerns about this, the office was not willing to take responsibility or work toward a resolution. I was still charged an additional $647, which they would not waive despite the circumstances. Overall, this experience was frustrating both from a care standpoint and a financial transparency standpoint. I would strongly encourage others to ask detailed questions about referrals and insurance coverage before proceeding here.
