Waited for 3 months for appointment for Endocrinology. When I finally got there they had none of my ultrasounds and blood work available for doctor to see, so I waited a good while, no problem there since i waited this long already, but when he finally came in it was least than 5 minutes. Said I have Hashimoto's. When I proceed to asked what solutions were there to help and combat it to control and not get worst. Mentioned increased hair loss amongst other things. All Valamanesh, Daryoosh, M.D. said was to try and relax. I mentioned having PTSD and ADHD as well and he offered nothing but words. No help with actions plans, understanding or care. I waited so long to talk to a endocrinologist and get adequate care to get better and left deplete and discouraged from advocating for my health. read more

It's absolutely unbelievable how disrespectable the staff is to patients. The person on the phone was condescending and rude. I received a referral from my doctor for every endocrinologist in the group and she even called them to tell them the urgency that I need to get in. Every doctor was 4 months out on appointments and he condescendingly told me "everyone is an emergency why should we treat you any differently?" read more

Dr Tremazzi as a doctor is 5 stars. The front office staff and call center? ZERO. They are the most incompetent, rude and unprofessional staff I've ever had to deal with. Multiple calls through their call center only to have messages NEVER go through, constant disconnections, RUDE staff--I have lapsed on my medication multiple times solely because of the call center and office's incompetence in relaying messages (or being able to get through to them at ALL). Dr Tremazzi himself is great which is the only reason I continue to be seen there, but he DESPERATELY needs a better call system! read more

Can't believe I was suckered again! Had an appointment for today June 30 2022 at 230. I arrived at 215. Receptionists tells me she doesn't see an appointment scheduled. I tell her I am not lying to you. I called 3 months ago and this was the soonest appointment available. So I wanted 3months. I ask receptionist to speak to the manager and she says. I'll get her. I get up to ask her a question and she says I'm on the phone with her right now. Really thought u said you would get her for me. (Liar) she then proceeds to slam the window in my face. I take off work early to get there in time and I get this Bull xxxx! I am so pissed off. If my insurance had anyone else for me to see I would of done that. Don't waste your time. This office has bubble gum chewing air heads working in this office. I feel sorry for older people who have to wait and this crap happens to them. read more

I wish I can give this medical group no stars.... PERIOD. I called their office to confirm my appointment for May 26th. "Sarah", did not allow me to speak at all. She was rude and unprofessional. I had to call the VA Community Care call center, which I was on hold for 15 minutes or more to confirm my appointment. I don't think they deserve a "Star". Such a small place. If you have a busy life, don't think about making an appointment to see a doctor at this place. They are ALWAYS RUNNING BEHIND. Expect to wait for about 1 hour and 43 min. to be seen. Dr Rita is very rude as well as her assistant. No apologies for the wait. They spiked my blood pressure high, twice! They lack big on work ethics and customer service. What is the point of making an appointment when you still need to wait to be seen? Why not go by a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE base??? If you can find another doctor to take care of your diabetes, please do so. I don't know how good Dr Rita is, as I got too tired to keep waiting. read more

I would avoid this office at all costs if you don't want to waste your time as appointments for this speciality typically take a long time. Their call center that gives appointments gave me the wrong date and my appointment was scheduled for an entirely different month, I was told over the phone that they scheduled for April 1st and they scheduled me for May 1st. There is no text or email confirming appointment and when I asked the call rep they said that they don't do that you just have to show up. I went to the office today after waiting over a month for what I was told was my scheduled appointment and the front lady told me that this happens ALL the time. I let her know that's a big issue and if they have complained, she mentioned they aren't able to complain about it. I just couldn't imagine having this happen to future appointments so I'm going to a different place for my medical needs and I advise for your wellbeing you do the same. read more

I was refered to Dr. Ewa Hanna Konca, MD Pomona office. with chaparral Medical Group. The office is short steffed very difficult to get through to make an appointment, finally after 3 month I was able to see the doctor for my thyrod, right awa y she offered me radioactive iodine therapy. when I got second opinion the doctor put me on medication for 2 months. Did not need Dr. Ewa treatment. Today I went for my appointment they said my insurance did not respond to their request for authorization. Yesterday after waiting for 1 hour on hold they confirmed my appointment. I don't recommend this doctor nor this office. read more

Very unprofessional, make many mistakes scheduling, it takes forever to see a specialist, on my case they send me for assap colonoscopy. 7 months pass when to my primary doctor and couldn't believe that they haven't done it, refer me to CASA Bonita medical group and got done all with a 7 days, being over a year and chaparral just contact me to schedule. read more

Additionally, His front desk medical assistants are highly incompetent, does not accurately relay time sensitive medical information to the doctor. Im very disappointed with the rude front desk staff that have decided to never come again and find a new doctor. I loved Dr. Rasania and the medical assistant was very kind and helpful with questions and appointments. Unfortunately the rude ass front desk ruined it all. Dr. Put me on a med that might have caused me to have a severe reaction. I went to urgent care immediately but it only got worse. I reached out to her staff to ask the Dr. For her opinion and she immediately sent me a medication to the pharmacy and asked me to come in to the clinic on Monday. My appointment was for the afternoon 2:15 I believe but I was in the area and was praying she could take me in early or on time especially because I've been so itchy, swollen and uncomfortable. I arrived 30 min early. I waited, 30 minutes passed and nothing. Appointment time came and went. 20 min later ( 50 min waiting) I asked the front desk how much longer. She said it didn't matter that I was early, that there were two patients before me. Ok. I mad but still waiting very impatiently. Didn't like her response so I was annoyed. By the time I got to 3 pm I was done and over with. I told her I was getting the hell out of there. I wanted a refund. She simply didn't care. Said it wasn't her problem. It didn't matter if I was early, but it had been 45 min since my appointment (1.15 in total time waited). She told me I had to wait, like I have nothing better to do. How about you don't make appointments if they're on lunch or can only take one patient at a time. She didn't care at all. Horrible staff. You're in the business of helping and being understanding. Check-In is very quick and easy! The staff is amazing and try to accommodate you with a busy schedule. They have cute quotes around the front office which I personally love because it makes me feel more comfortable. They also still follow COVID-19 protocol and have hand sanitizer everywhere. Very clean and detailed establishment. Cindy is the sweetest and Dr. Tremazi is awesome. Explained everything to me in detail and personally calls me back if I have any concerns/questions. It took me a full week to write this review, just because I have been in complete shock with how this doctor visit went. I still can't wrap my head on how I was treated and Doctor Rita K Pradhan horrible bedside manners, lack of information. I received a referral to see an Endocrinologist back in November 2022, I was diagnosed with PCOS and a severe hormonal imbalance that needs to be treated. I arrived at my appt @10:00am 30mnts prior to my scheduled appt, like I was asked to do. The ladies in the front were very nice. However, once I met with the Doctor Rita K Pradhan, it was a complete mess. There was no good morning. How are you. First thing that came to my head was... she is having a bad morning just roll with it. However, when she began to ask questions... her tone of voice was very off putting and did not make me feel comfortable. I literally stopped her and told her... I think we are starting on the wrong foot. She denied not having not greeted me, so I just left it at that. She asked why I was there... I was like really lady you were sent my chart, don't you prepare before you see your patients, so I informed her why I was referred to her. She followed by calling me fat, obese, and that the darkness around my neck meant I was down the Diabetes path. I couldn't believe it. I was like did you not see all my blood work? I am far from Diabetes. Before you make an assumption like that, have the facts, test results proving that!!!! Don't get me wrong I understand that there is a weight issue, but I have not always had this issue. For those who are familiar with PCOS you are aware of how bad it affects your weight. When she began to use that language, I felt attacked... LADY YOU ARE A DOCTOR, you know what I am going through and how difficult it is. This is your area of EXPERTISE!!!!! while she is going on calling me fat and obese, she is not even looking at me she is just giving me her back the whole time. I asked her if she could provide me with information as to how this matter could be resolved, or what her medical plan was... all she said was take birth control and we will see. LADY I NEED INFORMATION!!!!! I need a medical plan, how is this affecting me besides my weight, is this genetic, what happens if this unbalance is untreated, or we can't get it to be under control, am I going to be able to have kids. I went and filed a complaint against this facility and the doctor. But I am writing this review to hopefully help someone who is in the same position as I am and is looking for help. So far my experience hasn't been the best. I had my first appointment with Dr. Rasania I showed up 45 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork. I still didn't see the doctor until almost 40-45min after my scheduled appt. I had X-rays previously taken 1 month prior and the office was not prepared by obtaining copies, they are now requesting possible duplicate X-rays. I took time off work to go get X-rays and the Dr. failed to sign the order, when Casa Colina called the Dr was not working so I will have to miss more work. Dr. Rasania does seem very nice, I hope these are isolated incidents and the services improve. read more

While I like my doctor, Dr. Rita Pradhan, the billing department is the worse. After years of treatment I'm finally leaving because of them. I had a bill for $8 go to collections that was years old. I never saw the bill and I have coverage from 2 insurance companies! I even pay my copay every time before I see a doctor. I have been leaving messages with the billing manager for 5 weeks now and haven't gotten a reply. One of the other offices (Bonita in Pomona) sent me a bill for 2 years of copays but I got that straightened out with a few phone calls. Having $8 sent to collections instead of just sending me a bill or telling me when I go to the office is inexcusable. Find a different medical group! You have been warned! read more

I have no idea whether the doctor here is good because I absolutely cannot get through to make an appointment. I've literally been trying for weeks. They post a do not answer message between noon and 2pm daily for a lunch break, but outside of that time they don't answer either. The phone either rings and rings or you just sit on hold forever, with the system eventually disconnecting the call. Good thing I am not in an emergency situation, or I'd be dead, waiting for these people to answer the phone. I'm stuck with them, because my insurance is an HMO....guess I'll keep trying. read more

Finally I got a person to answer phone in the afternoon and she just says please hold and 15 minutes later, still didn't get back to me. I gave a one star because of the staff, I requested a note that took me one month to get, everyone I talked to gave me the runaround. I called to confirm an appointment the same day of my appointment drove 30 minutes to get to my appointment, I even mentioned I would be there. I called and stated I was 2 minutes away I was 3 minutes late due to traffic and was told the doctor left . The receptionist told me what can I do he's gone . Very rude staff. read more

This review is directed to the staff at Chaparral Medical Group in Pomona. I called in to make an appt and they put me on hold for 10 mins which I ended up have to hang up and call back. And the moment I did the lunch message is already on which I must mentioned here their lunch doesn't start until 12pm. I called at 11:34am put on hold for 10mins which is 11:44am. You go figure out what type of employees work here. To top it off I have been trying to make appt for couple days already. I tried calling in during afternoon after 2pm around 2:15pm but the staff are never back on time either because you know it...the lunch message!!!! read more

The one star review is simply for the staff who answer the phone. The last time it took me two phone calls and very long waits just to find out if an authorization was at their office to see Dr. Rita Pradhan. On the first call they told me to hold to look for the authorization which by my primary doctor account was faxed, after more than 30 minutes they hanged up on me. I called again just to be told the same thing again, after a close to 20 minute wait they said they had no authorization on file. How long does it take to find an authorization form if you have them in order, lets say by first and last name? Staff inefficiency at its best. Hopefully I will be able to change to another doctor. Please tell your primary doctor not to refer you to this clinic. read more

I used to have Lisa Butler as my primary care physician. She was arrogant and uneducated about the side effects of medications. She uses a patients as her guinea pigs. I would never recommend her to anyone. If you see her, run, run run away. read more

They are rude and seem not to know anything since no one can answer a simple question. They will just pass you along to the next person until you end up speaking to the same person you started with and still not get an answer to your question. And forget about even thinking of speaking with them on the phone they will put you on hold forever and then when someone does pick up they say "oh you need to speak with someone else" and BAM you're on hold again for another 30 minutes. And appointments, well that's a different story prepare yourself to wait at least an hour to be seen by the doc. You know you may be the best doctor in the world but having incompetent staff does not do you any good and reflects bad on you. I am scheduled to meet with Doctor Tremazi, and more than a little nervous. Was assured by staff that a Primary can call in order to schedule an appointment. I am told that Doctor Tremazi is thorough, and I do hope this is the case. Continuous medical leave has been unexpected and unwanted, time consuming and frightening with my fair share of specialists who range broadly from compassionate to complacent. I'm interested in LDN and Xifaxen, and read thouroughly functional snd integrative blogs, but I don't understand why it's not embraced fully. Recurrent infections, exhausted all the time, work is emailing, and the leave of absence team is inqiuiring, but I really dont know what to tell them except the taxes are all gone, still waiting for test results and recovery time. I have a position that I would love to go back to if the pathology can be properly identified and corrected. Too many things hang in the balance with this one. I signed medical release paperwork, requested my primary call them, have the paperwork to fill out in advance. Looking for the up side, silver lining, trying to not focus whole heartedly on illness, or let it take over. Self care is crucial, and my two young boys need me. There is no one, only us. Family first says DO THE footwork, and pray. College, work, kids, home life. I need an exceptional physician who understands time is precious, and time is money. 3.5 months has been inconclusive with a total of eleven months speculation. Call the providers out of State, and they listen to me describe California's strange definition of "efficacy" ? Here, I am hopeful this provider will be just, and kind. I make time for everyone, and would do anything for anyone, so it is exceptionally difficult to ask for help for myself, so I can better care for my children. Thank you. read more

I have never written a review before but I was so compelled to write this because I can't believe the horrible & frustrating service I received from the front desk staff when calling in to the Pomona office. I realized that NO time is a good time to call in there. I felt hopeless to get any help. I tried calling for 3 days. On one day when I finally got someone on my 9th try, the staff member I spoke with was not knowledgeable at all & even gave me the wrong information. When you are put on hold as I was every time I called, the recorded hold message you listen to is a lie. Maybe it should just play music. I really like my Rheumatologist Dr Tremazi & would hate to have to find someone else. He is extremely busy but he still gets 5 stars from me.
