Dr Rasania provided me with the results of my Echo Cardiogram, and was very straightforward with an apparent diagnosis. I'll still need 2 more invasive tests before he can go ahead with my surgery. Unfortunately for me, these tests cannot be done until Jan, 2026. This is frustrating, and a bit alarming for me. I'm not feeling well, get short winded easily and at 80, I'd like to be able to enjoying my life for as long as I have! It getting back to Dr Rasania, I'm completely satisfied with him and am happy to say he provided me with time, answered questions, and looked me in the face as we talked this time. I felt he was really engaged.

They told me to call back after 2:00pm and I could talk to the doctor directly. I ask if they could just have the doctor call me and they said no, I would have to make the call. So, I did that and was told the doctor left at 1:00pm. So frustrating!!!!!! Enough so that I will find another doctor to go to and give my insurance dollars to. Good riddance.

Livia was my first contact and she set the precedent and no one has disappointed or fallen short. My medical oncologist (Dr. Chaudhary) and radiation oncologist (Dr. Gorty) are wonderful and patient doctors taking the time to explain everything to you. My Chemo nurse are AMAZING!! It is truly a work of heart for them . I would definitely recommend this group of oncologist should you ever find yourself or a loved one in need of help to fight this awful disease. This is the only location that offers those within Pomona Valley Medical Center. Which essentially means the radiologist looks at it immediately and provides you with the results right there. It's about as good of experience as you can get when it comes to that exam lol. The security staff, reception, and all the staff are all pleasant and helpful. They offer nice changing rooms and lockers to prep for the exam, and the entire process is usually pretty quick. Personally, I appreciate getting the official results quickly. It is also always followed up with official results from my doctor as well as a letter in the mail.

The office appeared very understaffed, and she was berating the few employees there, demanding they handle everything at once. On top of that, I saw her yelling at patients both in person and over the phone, speaking to them as if they were incompetent. I had an appointment but still ended up waiting almost 2 hours before being seen. The entire time, the office manager's behavior made the environment uncomfortable, unprofessional, and stressful for both patients and staff. It's disappointing because the doctor himself is excellent, but the toxic environment created by the office manager overshadows his care and makes the office very unwelcoming. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, and that is simply not happening here

He really puts your mind at ease when you're literally dealing with your heart! He takes the time to answer questions and make sure you're comfortable with your care and situation. His office staff is fantastic. Raul is wonderful. We were making small talk about the upcoming holidays. You can expect a bit of a wait once you get called into a room, which can be bothersome if you're on a time crunch, but when you receive the same time and care in return, I don't think it's a valid issue to mark down the rating.

If you care about your health, DO NOT COME HERE!!!…read more I hope management, including manager Joana and front desk MA Cinthia, addresses these issues so that other patients do not have to go through the same poor experience that these ladies provided for my mother. I am extremely disappointed with the way my mother's care has been handled by this office. She waited months for an appointment regarding a serious medical concern involving an open wound with ongoing drainage, only to drive over 30 minutes to her scheduled appointment and be told that the necessary paperwork/referral had not been sent and the appointment could not be completed. No one contacted her beforehand to let her know there was an issue. This was especially frustrating because she had already experienced delays in receiving test results and was expecting follow-up care she did not receive. She was also told she would receive antibiotics, but that never happened. Communication from this office has been consistently poor. Calls are frequently placed on hold immediately without explanation, staff have provided conflicting information, and phone calls have been CUT OFF before concerns could be addressed. Which is very unprofessional. When asked for names, some staff members refused to identify themselves. We understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication, follow-through, and professionalism has been unacceptable. Patients dealing with serious health concerns deserve timely care, accurate information, and respectful treatment.
